From the moment I walked in to the amarte aesthetics experience, I could tell the high level of care that I would receive. Stephanie was so knowledgable and careful about her work. I had very little confidence that the lash lift treatment would do much for me but the results were so beautiful and my lashes actually lifted and gave such a natural curl. I have no lashges usually but this made me feel beautiful with what I have! I usually have irritation in my eyes and i had no irritation at all. Its been 3 weeks and my lashes are holding up so well. I highly recommend her!
Lucid Salon is a wonderful place for all your beauty needs. The vibes are relaxing, I’ve had my nails done by Jania a few times, lashes and tooth gems too and she is truly talented at what she does! Emylee has also done my hair a few times as well and she knows what she’s doing! Her haircuts are literally transformative! I had a rhinoplasty in January 2021. The consultation was great; Dr. Maggi was realistic and very clear on what to expect and didn’t overpromise results. I had GREAT aftercare with Lisa, one of the nurses, and came in for multiple follow ups over the course of the next year. Two years later, I’m still pleased. Definitely recommend for rhinoplasty!

Fresh after a Dallas highlight that fried my hair I sped to Austin because Micky at Swoon (Founder/Lead Stylist) is a hair health expert who has rescued my locks after quite a few reckless hair color experiments on my part. She has also made healthy hair and education a trademark priority for all stylists at Swoon, so I trust everyone she trusts to work there. I had not previously met Lacey, but booked with her as she thankfully had an opening that fit my hectic schedule. (These are top-tier stylists in high-demand, so I advise booking in advance!)
Lacey was extremely patient, listened carefully, explained everything in detail, and was both professional and empathetic. She knew exactly what needed to be done. When I walked in my hair was basically orange straw. I left with baby-soft beautiful angel-blonde hair. Lacey was also super intuitive and knew exactly how to formulate the color I wanted, even though I was speaking word salad. And frankly it was just a nice visit. Lacey immediately made my hair anxiety disappear and the Swoon environment is welcoming, beautiful, and embodies a functional design that incorporates both green space and modern art.
I pre-booked my next appointment and decided I will travel to Austin for all my future hair appointments. Swoon is worth it, and I can’t believe I even considered going to a different salon. Won’t make that mistake again! Thanks Micky! Thanks Lacey!

Huge salon with lots of available hairdressers. I love being able to book online without having to talk to a human. It makes things so convenient. The front desk greeted me and offered me a drink while we waited. And the owner walks around and makes sure everyone is comfortable! I was waiting on my daughter and she offered me a coffee. Jaden, our hairstylist, was prompt, easy to talk to, and so friendly. She found me a seat so I could sit next to my daughter and constantly held great conversation with my daughter. Overall, I love the whole customer experience!

Hair House is the actual best salon in Austin imho. I’ve been in Austin 6 years and I’ve bopped around in search of a salon that was equal parts welcoming, cool, and full of talent. The space itself is charming and unique, feels clean and well designed. Parking is always easy right out front. Kallie has been coloring my hair for almost a year now and I’m obsessed every time. I can’t recommend Hair House or Kallie more tbh.
Jess is truly an up and coming hair stylist! She truly strives to create a welcoming and inclusive environment in her chair As someone who is neurodivergent (ASD,OCD,GAD) I appreciate being comfortable enough to tell her my needs and when I can't, she's incredibly intuitive, making sure I'm as comfortable as I can be. As for her haircut and color skills, she's fantastic! She listened to my preferences and offered her own suggestions, which I love because sometimes I'm all over the place. I'm looking forward to my next hair service with her and so will you!

This is truly why I am leaving this review for Tim Beard @ Beard's Barbershop. I have had the pleasure of getting my haircut by Tim for over 6 years now. Tim embodies the definition of professionalism and he is attention to detail surpasses many other barbers that I have had the chance to sit in the chair with.. Many of these barbers are well known and respected, although Tim just one up's their level. I guess its true that their is levels to everything, he just happens to be on the very top level. Came into Austin to get away from the power outage in Houston. Called K&Qs to ask if my Papa could get in. They told me have him come now, no wait. Fast forward, I’m in the hotel waiting for my grandfather to return. In walks my Papa looking fresh and smiling. Raving about the great service and atmosphere. Great haircut and good wholesome feel for a Saturday in the shop. I was so happy to hear of the wonderful and pleasant experience. We now have a place for him to get cut if ever we are in Austin again. Thanks guys, got Papa looking like his GQ self. Love it
I have been going to different barbers and shops for the past few years. My first time to Bearded Barber was a great experience. Eli cut my hair, and even with my poor guidance with direction, he did exactly what I wanted. I left the shop able to go back to work without the irritating cut hairs that linger until you're able to shower.
Needless to say, I will be back!
BEST barbershop in Austin, hands down. This place is a hidden gem. It's a relaxed, no-frills environment. I've been going here for years and cannot say enough good things about this place. Got my haircut here for both my wedding and law school graduation and they knocked it out the park, as usual.
Mikey and all of the guys here are fantastic at what they do. I'm always impressed by the level of attention/detail they put into even the easiest men's haircuts. And to top it off, they provide a really fair price. You're doing yourself a huge disservice if you go anywhere else in Austin.

Gun Kim is a master with the scissors and trimmer, he’s extremely meticulous and genuinely works on his craft with every client. I reached out to him several months ago to prepare for my wedding, he gave me great advice on my hair and beard and we slowly worked to the look I was after with every session. I’m looking forward to continue to working with him.
Men typically don’t pamper themselves, but if you’re in need, try the full service with Gun. The attention to detail with the blade, the rotating towel work, head massage, and overall experience is worth every penny.
The place can get loud as it’s a small shop, but they also include beer, wine or cold brew which just add a bit of class to the overall experience.

Amazing barber and a true gem in the Austin area. I just recently moved here and have been to 4 or 5 different barber shops in the area and she is the one to go to.
I’ve been going to Samm for years now and she always has given me the best cuts and has always been able to translate what I show her I want in person. Another thing about her haircuts I’d never experienced before is how beautifully they grow out each time. So happy I met her.

Emmanuel (Manny aka Fresh) does the job right for me, but i’m pretty sure if you walk into the shop w/o an appt., anyone of their barbers can do you justice (i recommend making an appt. tho) the vibes give me that “Papi-Shampoo-East-Coast-Urban” Barbershop energy where everyone will make you feel welcomed and also have you “feeling yourself” when you walk out those doors. Def. will recommend to the my gents looking for quality. Salute!

I had never gotten a tan before and she answered all of my questions, and it turned out great! I got a tan for my wedding so I was nervous about it looking good. I did a couple before the wedding and it was perfect!
I went in on Sunday with the goal to try and even out my outside tan and get rid of tan lines for my elopement soon! I met Kiersten who let me know it was her first day on the job! She was very patient with all my questions and made some great suggestions. My first sessions was great I did a level 2 bed for 10 minutes and tried a packet of lotion that smelled amazing. Something Coco. I really couldn’t believe it was her first day- she did amazing! The tanning salon is clean, priced at what a tanning salon is. You typically sign up for a membership that is cancelable whenever you’d like. It is cheaper to do that than individual sessions. It also offers other services inside of your package so I have two spray tans and unlimited bed 2 and 3 sessions with around an $85/month package. I’ve gone back now today for another session in Bed 2 for 12 minutes and used a DHA lotion (bought the bottle) and I really like this lotion better. I look darker, not so yellow. Emulates a great spray tan more. I have learned I don’t like lotions with glitter unless I’d be going to an event but all the products I’ve tried are nice! So far, very happy with my experiences!
I love this location! I've been to a few of the locations but there, Stefanie always is so helpful when I have questions, and I can always be in and out pretty quick. The red light beds are definitely a favorite of mine, and everything is always clean. If you need a tanning membership, highly recommend this location - also pricing is relatively affordable!
I have been using Hush Hush Tan for several years and they are definitely my go-to! The staff has always been extremely friendly, and their spray tans are top notch! I usually go for a custom tan, but this most recent time I went for the Brazilian, and it's absolutely gorgeous! It looks so natural, and even the dreaded spots on the hands, and lines on the knuckles are nowhere to be seen! They are so professional, and I'm always so comfortable with them, which, having someone walk in on you naked and meeting them for the first time is generally awkward, but not here! The ladies are great! They have all of the amenities that you need, and I purchased their c-string wire thong a while back, and use it every time. I have NO lines whatsoever, and their products help to combat the fade! I've never had to worry about looking like a leopard when my tan fades, because it's so gradual and even.
On time, great personality. My tan looks freaking unbelievably great!! Got asked several times where I went on vacation! No orange, just a beautiful Bahamas tan!

Tried palm beach tanning for the first time snd Sheri, oliver & Brianna were so helpful helping me figure out a package the works with me the best! They have been great with suggesting how to build your base tan safely and protecting my skin with hydrating face serums! Also LOVE the red light therapy, for someone that struggles with acne, my skin and face has never looked better from only 5 sessions!!

Zen did my nails. And I literally started to fall asleep. He does such a good job, massage your hands after wards, and have conversation with you. I highly recommend coming here. His wife also does a excellent job at what she does.

I made a reservation at Nail Art House after finding out that my favorite salon for Russian manicures has recently closed temporarily (Vilero out of Cedar Park). Apparently they plan to come back in September under a new name, but my nails needed work pronto. I ended up making a reservation for my birthday at a time that was closest to being convenient for my schedule. It took about 2 hours from old gel removal, cuticle work, and new gel polish and nail reshaping. You can make a reservation online or over the phone. I thought it was interesting that the nail techs were priced differently (from $120-$160), and I'm assuming it's based on some level of experience. I chose a late morning slot for $120. Parking wasn't too much of a hassle, but not having come here before, it took me a while to realize that the building where NAH is located had suites inside (behind Houndstooth Coffee and the other eateries). The ambiance was definitely "hip, fresh, and cool"---from the decor to the colors. The receptionist was friendly and offered water, coffee, or soda. I asked if she could prep a cappuccino while I waited for my technician Laneth. I wish I had taken a picture of the cappuccino because it was served so cutely and came with a Reese's mini PB cup. I've now grown accustomed to having a cappuccino to pair with a Russian manicure! Laneth was super attentive, and was able to meet my request for shorter nails and a gold chrome color. She did a great job with my cuticles too. I ended up paying $207 (service + tip) so it was absolutely on the pricey side compared to what I paid at Vilero. We'll see how long-lasting it is! One thing I found odd was when I proudly and happily gave them a shout-out on social media, I did not receive any message of thanks or appreciation. Even if they don't repost, its nice etiquette when a local business shows appreciation---even if it is a quick DM saying "thank you!"---for clients who take the time to take pictures/videos to share on social media, for free.

I prefer soak-less pedicures + unfortunately, there aren’t a lot of options to choose from in Austin, however, I’m thankful I’ve stumbled upon this gem of a (sustainable + inclusive) place.
I booked the Hangout Pedi (buff shine) with Kiara M. I love the vibes, the music + how easygoing Kiara is. I felt at ease as soon as I entered the salon + I was immediately acknowledged/greeted.
I love that this salon gives each employee two days off in a row (good work-life balance) as well as focuses on ethical business practices + product selections. So many places have such a low-morale environment that a client can sense it, but I’m thankful that ‘Cure Studios is not one of them!

I have been shopping around for a good nail salon here in South Austin, and finally found the one. The salon is clean, with a fun and relaxing ambiance. My nails turn out beautifully every time. Perfectly shaped, never too thick, and always last until my next appt (every 3-4 weeks). Jessica and Nathan are super sweet and do excellent work, and have the best prices in town. Highly recommend giving this place a try!

Having just moved to Austin, in the Mueller area, I am so fortunate to have found Haute salon, and specifically, Becky who took the time to figure out a color match for my highlights and base color, before masterfully highlighting my hair. For over 20 years, one person has kept my blonde highlights and root color consistent. That’s hard to do. Becky took the time to really look at the dimensions of my color and also researched the previous products and color used on my hair to come up with an amazing match - exceeding my expectations! I also had the opportunity to meet colleagues Evan and Stasia who were equally friendly, and compassionate and Evan also offered perspective. It’s clear they have a genuine collaborative working relationship which speaks volumes for each of them, the salon owner and the salon culture. I've been meaning to write this for a while, and was reminded when I thought about booking my next facial this morning.I'm 27 and have struggled with hormonal acne since I was a teenager. I've thrown absolutely everything at it and nothing has worked. Tara was the first person to ever give me *instructions, on paper* of the different products I should use and in what order, morning and night, for my skin. She gave me a bunch of samples to try after my first WONDERFUL facial, and my skin has been so much better for it. I was mixing BHA and retinol (gasp!) before Tara gently explained the purposes of both, and that I was actually making my skin worse by stripping it. She adjusted my services as needed to make sure I looked great for an event the next day, and only charged me for what she did, not what I initially scheduled. She was so gentle and kind and I really enjoyed talking to her throughout the process. I've seen her twice now, and am planning to go back again soon. She works out of her home, and has done an AMAZING job making the space professional, sterile, and SO cozy and comfortable. I almost fell asleep towards the end! Tara is amazing and I can't recommend her services enough.

I just had the BEST experience with Carrie. I came in with really aggravated, reactive skin and I walked out with my skin already looking and feeling much better. She has a calm, warm energy and is deeply experienced in her art. She custom mixed two masques for me including one with fresh goats yoghurt - I haven't experienced anything like that before. Anyhow after my treatment, and with a simple skincare regimen she recommended, my skin is almost totally healed after only two days. Really remarkable. Oh and her treatment room is the most beautiful space. I can't recommend her highly enough.

I went here on a Saturday around 2pm walk-in for a second earlobe piercing. You could tell the place was really clean. The wait wasn't too bad, just three people in front of me. You start off by choosing your jewelry and signing some forms after. When it's time to get pierced, you can bring 1-2 guests in with you. Jade pierced my ears and it didn't hurt much at all. Pleasant experience from start to end. Although they do give longer posts to accommodate swelling, so I have to go back eventually for shorter ones. I would recommend this place. I had some follow-up questions and no one answered the phone, so I emailed instead.

Got my first tattoo here last October, and another one last month. Donny designed two GORGEOUS tattoos for me. I gave him a vague idea and some reference pictures and he managed to turn it into something unique and beautiful. His designs lined up so well with the vision in my head, almost like he could read my mind! Everyone in the shop was so friendly and professional. I was really nervous about my first one but everyone was so chill and welcoming it ended up being a great experience! Donny, Kasha, Brooke, and Manny were all so calm it totally erased my anxiety! He puts a lot of love into his art and is very passionate about his work. He also makes sure you’re as comfortable as possible. I am so impressed with this place! From start to finish, Breazy not only gave me an incredible tattoo, but she also went above and beyond to make sure my experience was comfortable. She had snacks, water, Bob’s Burgers playing, and even a stuffed dragon to cuddle! I wish every tattoo experience could be as amazing as the one I had here. I got my kids' ears pierced at Diablo Rojo and I cannot rave enough about what a fantastic experience we had. Although it was a very long wait and that is typical (plan to go a few hours before they close to even get in!) and you *have to have your id and the kids' birth certificates*, it is so worth it. We worked with Kate and Gill and they were both extremely warm, fun, friendly, and emotionally intelligent about validating the kids' nerves and excitement. Gill did the piercings and treated the kids with the utmost respect, acknowledging that he constantly needed THEIR consent and trust (not just mom's) to do this safely and well. He walked them through every step and explained he would never trick them and they were so relaxed because of the dignity and clarity he provided them. Such a pro. Getting a piercing can be a lasting memory and I'm so glad it will be such a positive one.

Probably the best people for service calls that I've ever dealt with. We've used them multiple times and they've always been punctual, courteous, friendly, honest, and reasonably priced. I've fixed dryers myself before and I wouldn't spend my time again when I know they will do a much better, and more efficient, job for a reasonable price.

I took my housekey there to be copied after having a bad experience elsewhere, and I was very impressed at how much they cared, and at the excellent result - my key copies work just like the original - What a pleasure to not feel that copies have to be worse. They can also copy and re-program car keys! (No need to go to the dealer.) And, I was very impressed that the lady I spoke with knew several languages, including some Spanish and Arabic.

They did an amazing job on our 3 wool/viscose area rugs and 3 Turkish runners. Our large area wool rug had doggie stains that we just could not get out. Wool and viscose rugs are hard to clean. Tim managed to get the stains out beautifully. The Turkish rugs are brighter and look like new. Great job! The cost was a bit higher, but with door to door service and excellent results - it was worth it. They even move furniture and roll them up and package them for you. And they were returned back cleaned when he said they would be too.

I've used a variety of cleaning companies and by far this is the best one that has cleaned our home to date. I was working from home that day and popped in and out throughout the day to see how the cleaning was going. The ladies were really nice, professional, came on time and started working right away. The cleaning was really detail oriented and they cleaned the areas that many of the other companies missed - under the bed, window sills, fans and picture frames. I saw the ladies on their knees mopping under the couches and the beds. The products that they used were environmentally friendly as well and the house wasn't left smelling like chemicals. I will definitely be using them again for future cleans! I also like how they have great customer service and answered my questions via e-mail the same day, usually within an hour.

I found Carpet One through a Google search. I went to their website and saw professionalism. I clicked on the link to request for estimate. It was soon Tanya was in my home talking to me about options. It was a comfortable procedure - even fun. I picked the Prestige Hourglass carpet for the whole house. The work was scheduled. Two men arrived and they had to remove the old laminate and take it away. It was a two day process due to the laminate removal. When I came into the house it was totally transformed! I would say it was fast and efficient. Rewarding to see it done so quickly. Highly recommend.

The together Design and Build team did an AMAZING job converting our walk in attic into a beautiful office space (with extra room for work out equipment and other storage). We had a large whole home renovation that needed to be done. We added a 10x16 office, whole kitchen update, and both main and secondary bathrooms fully redone. We also redid all the insulation in the exterior walls. After interviewing multiple whole home renovation companies, we went with Teamwork Home Designs. Our project managers Shaked and Anton were fantastic. They were in constant communication, walking us through everything they were doing. With any renovations, there are always surprises, and we ran across 2. Shaked and Anton took care of the surprises with minimal delays. A renovation this large is going to be stressful, but overall I was at a 3 out 10 for most of the renovation because the project managers were always on top of everything. I highly recommend Teamwork Home Designs, and especially Shaked and Anton if you can get them as your project managers.
Jackson Gayle and his team were the ultimate professionals. They were honest, hard working, and on top of things. You hear so many horror stories about contractors, but working with Jackson was the opposite. He did beautiful, high-quality work and stayed within budget. He communicated well, respected our stuff, and made sure we loved the results before he finished. He went above and beyond in so many ways: he re-sodded our lawn, sent us decorating recommendations, hand cut tile to match perfectly, and stayed until 4am on weekends to get the job done. If you want the job done right the first time, you need to give Jackson a call. We will be using him again for our future remodels!
Matterhorn completed a total kitchen remodel for us earlier this year. It was an unexpected remodel after we discovered mold in our kitchen, and it had to be completely gutted. We were not expecting to be in the position of totally renovating our kitchen, but working with Matterhorn definitely made the process easier. I call Brad then owner and had a very quick response. Brad did an excellent job diagnosing several areas that are or could potentially be the source of leaks and adressed them. Price was ver reasonable. Brad is not a general contractor and will not redo major repair, but if you have leaks around openings or roof or any other areas in your house without significant structural damages, Brad will do an excellent job.He is very knowledgeable. I should start this recommendation on by stating the truth: I am a perfectionist. I love nothing more than perfectly folded towels, books lined up carefully on a shelf.We recently completed a huge renovation project with Ramsey Contracting, and as a perfectionist, I want to share how carefully and tenaciously they worked on our home. Our house is old – built in 1960 – and it had never been renovated. We wanted to completely overhaul the kitchen, install Saltillo tiles throughout, redo the bathroom, replace all interior doors, and paint the entire house. We also installed new appliances and a new back door.I’m a teacher, so this project was an enormous investment for us. In fact, we paid as much for the renovation as we did when we purchased the house in 2001. A big deal. One that kept me up many nights with worry – should we do this?But as I’m sitting in my lovely new kitchen with gorgeous blue and white Mediterranean tile, I am overjoyed that we did this renovation. And I’m thrilled Taylor’s work -- simply put, Taylor and his team did a stellar job. I wanted each line of grout to lay neatly, each bit of baseboard to sit perfectly against the floor. After 22 years of living with a very old house with many flaws – and as a perfectionist -- these details mattered to me. Taylor and his team came through with flying colors. They understood and respected my wishes, and they all worked make sure every bit of our renovation lived up to our expectations.I also know they went above and beyond for us during the often-stressful process of renovating a home. They understood our timeframe for returning to the house, and we met that date with a day to spare – unheard of in the construction business! We have used Red Agave for 3 projects. They all involved some design and steel work . The first project involved selection of plants and I'm really happy with the focus on native and low maintenance plants that have done very well.
On one of the installs, an issue came up with the sprinklers (a steel piece had cut a irrigation wire), Zach worked to get it fixed right away and stayed late on a Friday to make sure the job was done well.

My experience with Yarrow was truly fantastic. They were really thoughtful in the design of my backyard patio and planting areas. All their recommendations were so beautiful and required very little maintenance for me, which was a big priority. Their crew was really fast with the installation and they were all kind and considerate of my house. They were even nice to my dog! I liked them all so much after my first project that I’ve gone back to them twice more for smaller projects and I’ve also hired them to do another big landscaping project at my new house. Our only regret is that we didn’t call Synthetic Grass ATX sooner. We have a small yard area where grass wouldn’t grow due to tree cover so it basically became a mud pit. This turf is amazing, looks great, and is super soft and easy to maintain. Madison was extremely helpful and walked us through all the options. They were able to get us bumped up in the schedule and had it knocked out in a few hours. The crew were all super friendly, showed up on time, and did a great job. This is perfect for our two little kids and our dog. Just wish we would have pulled the trigger a year ago when we started talking about it!

Southern Landscape helped us remodel our poolside cabana and structurally reinforce our large outdoor deck. We've worked with a number of contractors over the years, but they were honestly the best we've worked with - especially in terms of communication. Everyone involved - from Ashleigh on the design to Aaron & Darron and the construction crew - went the extra mile the entire way through to offer ideas and communicate any potential issues or questions. We ended up having to order a couple extra parts for some of our outdoor cabinets and Aaron came back right away to install them and did a couple final finishes for us while he was here. We highly recommend their work. They made the whole process feel easy!

Absolutely thrilled with the guys at Austin Tree Experts! After a storm knocked down an old pear tree in our yard, I was worried about how to handle the mess and potential damage to our fence. I called them up, and from the initial consultation to the final cleanup, their team exceeded all my expectations.
The crew arrived early on the scheduled morning and assessed with me the situation going over what would be done. They carefully removed the fallen pear tree, taking great care not to damage my already crappy fence. Their equipment seemed to be top-notch, and their crews efficiency was impressive. What seemed to me like a daunting task was handled swiftly and skillfully. I just wanted to bust out some popcorn and watch.
Also what stood out was their attention to detail. They not only removed the tree but also cleaned up every bit of debris, leaving our yard looking immaculate. The team was courteous, respectful, and kept me informed throughout the process.
Way better than drive-by door knocking chainsaws for hire. Been there done that. Just know that some times those guys end up causing more eyesores and/or damage to your trees in the long run. Don't take the chance, just hire an actual professional. I used the guys at Austin Tree Experts and would happily do it again. Hope this helps someone.

I've hired Tony a few times and I highly recommend Amigos Tree Service. Tony is knowledgable and professional and a pleasure to work with. He was fair on his pricing and his crew is outstanding. They took down an exceptionally large (trunk was 4 feet in diameter) Arizona Ash that had very heavy, large branches extending out over both my and my neighbor's roofs. They took it down in a few hours cleanly and efficiently without incident. They obviously really knew what they were doing. It was dangerous difficult work. They did an excellent job of cleaning up the site. I'll hire them again no question.

What a pleasant surprise. In my experience tree trimming and removal companies are usually not the greatest experience, especially if they're affordable. Amador and his crew changed that for me. I had a gigantic limb (probably 75 feet long) on an ancient oak finally become too heavy to support. It fell, taking out a corner of my tool shed in the process. With a backyard event coming up in a few days and myself needing to go out of town for the weekend, I basically just called these guys, crossed my fingers, and hoped for the best. Not only did they come out within an hour or two, they quoted a comparatively affordable price on the spot and got to work immediately. When I came back from my trip, the branch was gone, all debris removed, and the cuts properly painted and disinfected. My event was saved.I'm so inspired I'm going to get them to come out and do some other needed trimming and maintenance. I'm a big believer that once you find someone good, you stick with them. I'm sold on these guys.

We actually saw her for airway/oral functioning related needs and then switched to her for our kiddos cleanings as well. I have had sinusitis for years. My ENT said my ear pain was related to my TMJ. It did not make sense to me, but I went to Greenbelt Dental to see if it was contributing to my ear pain/sinus issue. It was not. Dr. Naranjo recommended an ozone treatment for my ears and what a relief. The pain no longer exists and I could feel my sinuses draining immediately. Highly recommend! I wish I'd started here instead of wasting time and money elsewhere and being on the crazy pain train for a year without any relief or answers. Dr. McHone pinpointed the issue (when others either couldn't or wouldn't), got me on a 6 week plan and the results have been amazing! I feel good and am off the meds the pain specialist had prescribed. I see Dr. McHone every 3-4 weeks and will gladly do so for the rest of my days in order to avoid surgery and pain. All of the staff are great.

After going to chiropractors for years, I found a biophysics chiropractor, Dr Chris, at Precision Chiropractic. What a difference. I had numbness in my hands at night and had tried several different treatments with only limited and transient improvement. After a few months of treatment with Dr Chris, the numbness is almost completely gone and I can sleep through the night again! Surprisingly, my dental bite also straightened out! My dentist was wanting me to start corrective treatment ($5000) as my bite alignment was causing gum recession. Everyone gets a personalized treatment plan. The whole staff is very attentive and friendly and Julia is great! I highly recommend this place.

I took my Basset Hound, Mr Potter, to a new patient Meet & Greet appointment where we met Dr Megan.
We had a GREAT visit and she was wonderfully kind to my very anxious doggie! She sat on the floor on the exam room and was fully engaged & invested on winning his trust.
Not even 3 years old, he's had enough "not-so-great experiences" with groomers and bad vet techs in the past (especially nail trims), that he is leary of anyone's intentions.)
Megan took all the time needed to help him to learn that she was his friend. She fed him little treats and talked to him all about his sweet, floppy face & wrinkles, and his velvety long ears. She took cues from his body language and facial expressions to know that he was listening to her. He did several treat tricks with her (giving each of his paws, laying down, going around, whispering) which was a wonderful thing to watch!
We talked about about his health and standard care and maintenance for a dog and specifically for Basset Hounds, and planned our next visit to do a "Spa Day" to examine him & take care of to those needs.
I am very pleased with this interaction between myself, Mr Potter and Dr Megan! And I will add more information about this veterinary practice on our return visit in two weeks.

Dr. Cordeiro is a rock star! We went to this vet clinic to get a second opinion for my dog’s limp. She was very thorough and was able to determine that his limp was due to a serious injury (our previous vet told us our dog’s limp was caused by a mild yeast infection in his paw, and was just being dramatic). We are so happy that we finally have an answer and are able to get him the proper care he needs. Thank you so much Dr. Cordeiro!!

The Prairie Creek staff & Dr. Sam Seider are amazing! The are super attentive to your pet's needs. There's been multiple instances where I've had to bring my dog in the day of and they have always been accommodating. I have a cattle dog and she is always a bit anxious going to the vet, it helps that they allow you in the room while doing exams and they have been so gentle with her every time I've brought her in. I trust them 100%

We love Austin Pet Stylist, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a safe, kind and top quality groomer. Their prices are reasonable, their communication is great and the salon is a welcoming, inclusive place. We have brought two Pomeranians here (one with coat issues, and one who is a bit of a handful) and have received the best care.
Pomeranians are a notoriously hard breed to groom, due to their double coat, and if not groomed and cared for correctly, they can actually lose their fur. I spent a lot of time researching groomers in Austin, and felt very lucky to get in with Jade. We actually live about a hour away, and make a morning out of grooming every month.
Not only does Jade give the best cuts, but she is passionate about animals and even teaches a pet CPR class. Jade, Brittany and the rest of the staff have helped me learn a lot about Pomeranian care, products and well being over the past two years, and we are so fortunate to have them as our groomers!
I'm immediately in love with this place! I was able to get right in for my dog's nail trim. She's not the easiest to trim her nails, but Jane was so sweet and took care of her. I'm beyond happy with the service, pricing, and job well done. I'd give 10 stars if I could!

WONDERFUL customer service-- it was so easy to book a mobile pet grooming from their site/texting. Staff arrived promptly, explained everything well, and I could tell was a true dog lover . My pup had no problem joining him in the van, and he texted progress picture which was so fun. Our doggie was so fresh and so clean after. We will definitely be booking again!

My dog loves coming here! Normally he is scared to be at the groomer but they take good care of him. My dog Oliver also has a sensitive stomach but the treats/baked goods purchased here do not bother him! We came in today to buy him a birthday cake and we received a free treat for his birthday as well on the house! Would highly recommend
Plush Pad is AMAZING! I have been to them for a couple years now with my Six yorkies. The staff is very friendly, communicative and accommodating. I have a busy schedule and pretty much always call last minute to have my pups scheduled and they have always been able to squeeze all of them in on the same day (makes its so much easier for me and the pups).
My boys stress very easily and hate being left anywhere but I can tell they are treated great here because each of them are always so excited to be there. Definitely recommend Plush Pad to everyone!
I've been going to Lizard Yoga to use the contrast therapy and got a few massages. I've always had a wonderful experience and leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. The contrast rooms are private, so you don't have to worry about using a swimsuit and can jump back and forth between the sauna and cold tub as much as you want. The rooms are always clean, stocked with towels, and have cold mint towels available. I highly recommend trying Lizard Yoga for contrast therapy if you haven't tried it before, or if you've done similar therapy at other locations in Austin. It's top notch!
I took up Yoga late in life and have found it to be one of the best things I can do for my body and spirit. The classes I’ve attended at Flow Yoga, lead by the amazing Angie Knight are something I always look forward to! Her calm approach and open spirit are inspirational! The Yoga retreat Angie recently led in beautiful Costa Rica was unforgettable!

ClassPass member and came to Soenga for work out. Spin, weights/strength training then yoga. 20/20/20 for each section. I love th at they are very organized and the instructor will walk you through every step! Very organized. Clean and the lighting is very conducive to focusing on yourself attaining your fitness goal. Recommended!!! (You got your assigned locker), clean restrooms, nice merch in store, they have water fountain too!!

One of my fav studios in Austin for a session that is gentle and relaxing. The atmosphere is beautiful and pleasing. And the teachers are always sweet. My only complaint is that I wish there were more of them in Austin!
I have been teaching at Your Yoga for 6 years (bias alert), and absolutely love it. Our community of yogis is wonderful, engaged, curious, and real. The diversity of teachers and styles of yoga is a treat, and the emphasis on functional movement is what really sets us apart. We move and breathe together, laugh and cry together, and move forward in this thing called life with increasing levels of ease and strength of both body and mind. It may not be for everyone, but it's worth a try. It may become your yoga home!

It’s a high energy rollercoaster once started and she gives you different options based on skill level. She always has a smile and gives out so much love and graceful energy. True Mysore Shala in Austin! The teachers Andrew and Déjà are amazing! This practice is traditional so take into consideration that it's a self-practice and your teacher gives you new poses once they feel you're ready (and have overcome/mastered your last challenge posture). I absolutely love the Mysore Austin Shala - both the teachers and the student and community alike.
Dayna is an excellent yoga instructor and her many years of experience offers much more. Her private sessions are individualized to focus on improving one's overall fitness at any level. After 2-3 years of limited activity due to prior knee pain, then two surgeries, she has helped me continue through recovery by practices to improve strength, balance and flexibility, and I have seen positive results.Dayna's home studio is comfortable with a beautiful view, and her lively personality makes classes fun, while offering the added benefit of safe training on the CoreFirst bands system. She inspires motivation and I look forward to every class with Dayna.

This place is so amazing. I really love it here! I started going after I injured my knee and I was able to build muscle strength back. Since then, I've been to so many of the different classes with different instructors and I love them all. I frequent the flows, but have done the Powerformer courses in the past. The integration of the TRX bands and the Pilates tower adds really great variety to get great workouts and keep your body strong and flexible!

I went to my first Pure Pilates class with ClassPass and enjoyed my experience! It's definitely more of a lagree-style class with the megaformer as opposed to the typical pilates reformer but I enjoy both styles so this wasn't an issue for me. Class: I really liked the instructor! She was very attentive and helpful when it came to form corrections. The class felt very quick but we covered quite a bit of exercises even though we only had 45 minutes. If you're a beginner I would suggest asking for a rundown of the machine and general exercises prior to the start of class. Studio: The space is very bright and has a good amount of mirrors so you can easily check your form. There are cubbies at the entrance to store your stuff. Parking: There's a parking garage attached to the building that's free for three hours.
Can absolutely say I love it here. It’s the highlight of my week coming here. As a weightlifter very focused on form and nothing erratic, I was skeptical. The instructors are very focused on slow and controlled movements with good form. Taking these classes have helped my weightlifting significantly. If you want coaches that are obviously the best of the best, I’d recommend this place.

I have been to so many massage therapists, especially in Austin and have never had a better massage than with julietta. There is one thing I always book month after month and it is a lymphatic drainage massage. Julietta is a spectacular massage therapist who always is perfecting her craft and learning more and an incredible human. Couldn’t recommend a business more than roots.

Westlake Lymphatic is the place to go to for post surgery lymphatic massages. Not only do they know what they’re doing, but they really dig into the post surgery lipo bumps and bulges that can form. I also don’t feel judged by them that I got surgery in the first place. Definitely recommend Alexandra J. and the Westlake Lymphatic team!

Loved my massage here. Some massage businesses can be hit or miss the first time, I was happy to find that Jay was very caring and made my comfort a priority. He asked me several times if I was comfortable and applied the perfect amount of pressure to gently help me release tension. It was obvious he was well-trained and was very thorough with his technique! I left feeling more at peace and relaxed. The office was also easy to find and booking was seamless online.
Khammi is a true healer. We discussed my human design chart as she moved through deep tissue and cupping bodywork and then ended with Craniosacral therapy. I had never heard of Human Design or Craniosacral therapy before finding Sol Solace. I came to these women and non-binary healers by way of searching for trauma informed bodywork. Before my session, I had experienced traditional massage and dabbled with cupping and acupuncture. I had also experienced a little spirituality over the years through tarot and reiki. ...this session was TOTALLY DIFFERENT! Not like any other massage. When someone manipulates your body with love and intention, you can feel it. I have spent the last 24 releasing all sorts of nasty toxins physically and mentally (through dreams). If you are on the fence about this place and unsure about all the services, just do it and be open to it. They let you be part of the process and decision making. You deserve to feel good.

Texas Physical Therapy has been a great resource for an over injury that my son suffered from cross-country this season. From the front desk to the DPT, the practice works awesomely. Zach Meineke was key to getting on the path to running again! Being a runner himself, he understood the situation precisely and worked methodically to get my athlete back into the form he needed to compete again!
I was previously a post-op knee replacement patient with Chris and then a recent patient for shoulder therapy. With both issues, I experienced professionalism,, knowledge, and sincere care for my progress back to living a normal, pain-free lifestyle. On occassions I would go in with very little range of motion, and would leave with a significant better outcome. I will definitely return to Endeavor for any PT I will need in the future.
I recently started running and experienced knee issues around the IT band that slowed me down or make it hard to walk or run for weeks. After a few months of trying 'internet' solutions, I came to run lab to solve the issue.
At the first session, my gait was analyzed and my incorrect gait was explained to me. I was running incorrectly which could be fine for short 1-3 mile distances but was causing damage during longer runs.
My gait was fixed in a couple of sessions and after a few weeks I was able to run long distances without pain in my hips and knees. I went from having some fatigue and pain from doing 10+ mile runs to just normal exhaustion.
Runlab is extremely specialized and I am lucky I decided to come here to fix my running issues.

A family member who's been diagnosed with early Parkinson's has been a client of Jonathan for several months now, twice weekly. This was one of the best medical care experiences I have ever had. My therapist, Debra Dobbs listened to my description of the pain I was having, devised a plan of exercises, guided me through performing them and gave me exercises to work on at home. Wait, don’t scroll after the first sentence!Chaya was the biggest pain in my butt with all the squats, deadlifts and bridges she made me do. In all seriousness, she has an outstanding understanding of body mechanics. Her quick adjustments to the therapy plan when my hip started having problems mid-bike ride during a session to treat my knee made all the difference in my pain level and walking.
I've had rolfing sessions for about 10 years and I was still shocked by how talented Gina is. She really knows the body and how to find the core issues. Each time I see her, my body hurts less and my posture gets better. It's so incredible.
I went here and saw “L” (Michele) a few years ago and had such a wonderful experience. I’d been to a different PT and had a really awful experience so I was skeptical, but L was so caring and knowledgeable and really took the time and energy to make me feel like she had a personal investment and desire to go above and beyond to heal me. My priority problem was in my lower back but somehow right away she tuned in to a problem in my lower back (not as dire at the moment, but had been my problem area for almost all of my life) and had the insight to conclude that the middle back was also affecting the low back. She was looking for the real long term solution, not just the quick easy answer. I wish more medical practitioners were as thorough and caring as she is.

I've been seeing Isabelle for acupuncture for over 3 months now, and she is not only an amazing acupuncturist, but also an amazing human being. I'd never had acupuncture before and wasn't sure what to expect. I initially came in because I was dealing with persistent runner’s knee. After about 3 weekly visits, the relief/healing was immense and well worth it. This was my first experience with acupuncture and June is very kind, attentive, and talented. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Sharon is great! I had stubborn bronchitis for two months, and even my naturopathic doctor could not get rid of it. Because I did not want to use antibiotics, I felt hopeless. Then I found Sharon, and she made me a special tea specifically for this illness. Within a few weeks, it was finally gone.
I did the consultation appt and the DR I spoke with was friendly and heard my concerns and expressed she would be able to help. I really thought I would be able to do it, but financially I could not (my job dropped our hours as of yesterday) so had to cancel my initial visit appt. Hoping in the future I will be able to move forward to fix my health :)

After my first visit, my 2 day long panic attack had stopped. By the 5th visit I was parking at the nearby playground and enjoying the 4 block walk to the clinic, where I promptly fall asleep after the needles go in. The change I saw was huge. The change my friends saw was jaw-dropping.

The teaching skills demonstrated by the instructors, especially Maria and Allen, were top-notch. Coastline Academy Driving School is a good place to learn how to drive. The instructors are patient and well experienced, making it easy for students to relate and learn. Jimmy Thornton is an exceptional instructor by all standards and I highly recommend him.
We scheduled a driving test prior to our trip to Austin and my son took the driving test successfully today. Good experience.
I took the course in anticipation of renewing my driver license. I thought the course was pretty good, although it definitely seemed written for new drivers. I would have appreciated a form at the start which would have allowed me to specify that I was renewing my license, which could then have been used to change the content I saw. I felt at times I was being talked down to; I've been driving for 40 years at this point. Another issue: Texas has Farm to Market roads other states don't have. It would have been nice if the course explained what the "FM" stands for on these roads. Finally, the course failed to clearly answer my biggest question about lane usage, which is: when turning at an intersection, does Texas require you to turn into the closest lane to you, or does it not matter? Different states have different laws in this regard. I wish the course had underscored DPS' position on this.
