From beginning to end of our basement waterproofing project, Steve C and his crew delivered amazing service. I initially started chatting with Steve over text to get a preliminary quote for a basement with constant water infiltration. Steve was responsive even outside normal business hours and got us in quickly for the initial inspection.
After the inspection, we received an extremely detailed quote shortly after he had left. Steve continued to follow up while we were deciding on next steps and looking over the quote to ensure all our needs were met. When we decided to start the project, Steve and his crew worked efficiently, professionally, and with high craftsmanship to deliver a perimeter grate drain, thermal shield, and downspout extension as shown in the attached pictures.

Each technician is amazing at this company - they take such care in keeping me informed as to their progress, and they come daily to check the traps, move the chipmunks to the woods (away from residential areas), and reset the traps. After coordinating with building management, the plumber arrived promptly and quickly identified a faulty valve in the water tank, completing the repair within an hour. I appreciated how he explained each step of the process and ensured everything was back in working order before leaving.
Called them and left a message to come out for an issue, they called back and had told me they were backed up with work for a few weeks and gave me a couple of things to try over the phone which resolved the issue. They didn't have to call back, but they did and it was much appreciated.

Mike arrived for my 6 month HVAC maintenance and did a great job from start to finish. I had been used to another technician before, so I was a little unsure about having someone new work on my system, but Mike quickly put me at ease. He was friendly, very knowledgeable, and thorough with the full AC service. He checked the system carefully, handled all the routine maintenance tasks, and made sure everything was running the way it should. I am very happy with the service and would be glad to have Mike take care of my HVAC system again. On another maintenance visit, Kaleb showed up on time and completed the 6 month service with his usual attention to detail. He inspected the air handler, evaporator coil, drain pan, and other components in the attic, then checked the outdoor condenser, verified refrigerant levels, and cleaned the outside unit. He has worked on the system from the installation through ongoing maintenance, and it really shows in how well he knows the equipment. He is professional, easy to talk to, and does excellent HVAC work. I always feel confident that my AC system is in good hands after his visits. Ricky arrived a little early and was able to get our older AC unit running again, which was a huge relief in the Cypress heat. He was professional, courteous, and explained everything clearly. After diagnosing the issue, he also sent several replacement options for the aging system so we could plan ahead. While no one likes hearing that an older air conditioning system may need to be replaced soon, Ricky made the process easy to understand and gave us helpful information without pressure. We were very happy to have cool air restored the same day, and the response time from calling the office to having the AC working again was only a few hours.

My builder used McDowell to install the water heater when my home was built and put a sticker with their information on the water heater.... We noticed our hot water wasn't working correctly, and from what I could tell from my assessment as a YouTube water heater expert, I was going to need a new water heater. I called at 9am to see if they could come install a new one and they informed me that it was under warranty and if they could repair it they would and if not they would replace it and it would take a technician 2 days to get to us. An hour later they called back and said a technician was on the way, he gets to the house quickly assessed that it needed to be replaced and within an hour they had a new on installed and ready to go. They could have easily charged me for a new water heater but they were the ones to inform me of the warranty was still active. That type of honesty and customer service is something that separates those that don't practice ethical business. And they now have a customer for life. Thank you to the team for getting us back up and running so quickly

I was concerned about matching my hair color so I called and ended up speaking to the owner. He was very helpful with me as I was trying to purchase hair and let me know just what I needed. However, you can also purchase quality hair at the business. The ladies (two worked on my hair, Rayna and Jay) were skilled and showed genuine concern for how I liked my hair being styled.

I'm an 89 year old senior and a new patient of Dr. Amardeep Kaur. During my annual consultation she was very thorough and said there is an issue of concern in my gum above a front tooth and bridge. The first regular x-ray revealed some infection and possible other issues but the x-ray didn't reveal what she was looking for. A second more advanced x-ray machine revealed a piece of broken old tooth, some debris and a hole up towards my sinus. Dr. Kaur, has advanced training in dental surgery. She did an excellent job removing the piece of tooth and debris from my upper gum Wed. July 29, 2026. I had no negative issues of any kind during or after the dental surgery. In my opinion Dr. Kaur is a genuinely dedicated professional dentist who provides special dental services in a very extraordinary manner.
