From beginning to end of our basement waterproofing project, Steve C and his crew delivered amazing service. I initially started chatting with Steve over text to get a preliminary quote for a basement with constant water infiltration. Steve was responsive even outside normal business hours and got us in quickly for the initial inspection.
After the inspection, we received an extremely detailed quote shortly after he had left. Steve continued to follow up while we were deciding on next steps and looking over the quote to ensure all our needs were met. When we decided to start the project, Steve and his crew worked efficiently, professionally, and with high craftsmanship to deliver a perimeter grate drain, thermal shield, and downspout extension as shown in the attached pictures.

They did a full roof replacement for me over off Quaker Ave in Lubbock. They were in and out and completed the full roof in one day! Pretty awesome. From the first time the Roof-Tech team came over to do the roof inspection they were friendly and professional. I had nothing but positive experiences with the salesman, office staff, and roofing crews. They even used a magnet to clean up after themselves to ensure no metal debris was left behind! It was a sight to see. I will be using them again if I ever need more roofing done.

After buying our home in Rock Hill, we had a plumbing inspection and service done. Jaden quickly checked the system and found that most of the plumbing was working well, but our backup water heater setup needed repair or replacement. He showed us the removed parts, clearly explained what was working and what was not, and gave us simple options to either fix the problem or replace the worn components. We were then connected with Bennett, who scheduled a visit and provided an estimate for a full replacement, which is the option we chose. Bennett was direct and helpful with his recommendations based on the needs of our home. He also gave us a solid ballpark price during the visit so we had a clear idea of the cost. Later that same day, he followed up with a detailed estimate covering the plumbing work and pricing. Even with delays in getting parts and equipment, Bennett handled everything well and kept us updated throughout the process. Our installation plumbers were Colby and Jaden. They stayed focused, worked carefully, and paid close attention to every detail. The quality of their plumbing work was a huge improvement over what we had before. Colby and Jaden took time to answer all of our questions, which we really appreciated. The removal of the old equipment and the cleanup afterward were excellent. Jaden also walked us through how everything works, inside and out, so we felt comfortable and informed right away. Their pride in doing solid plumbing work was easy to see, and we are very thankful to now have reliable hot water and a system we can count on.
Way too expense. $185 to unstop a sink that took less than 30 minutes to unstop is way too expensive. Will not use again.

the technician came out for the initial inspection. I needed a new concrete pad. the technician worked with a recommended concrete guy to get the unit moved and the concrete poured. then came back a few days later and reinstalled. everything works great now. 5 stars
