From beginning to end of our basement waterproofing project, Steve C and his crew delivered amazing service. I initially started chatting with Steve over text to get a preliminary quote for a basement with constant water infiltration. Steve was responsive even outside normal business hours and got us in quickly for the initial inspection.
After the inspection, we received an extremely detailed quote shortly after he had left. Steve continued to follow up while we were deciding on next steps and looking over the quote to ensure all our needs were met. When we decided to start the project, Steve and his crew worked efficiently, professionally, and with high craftsmanship to deliver a perimeter grate drain, thermal shield, and downspout extension as shown in the attached pictures.

Each technician is amazing at this company - they take such care in keeping me informed as to their progress, and they come daily to check the traps, move the chipmunks to the woods (away from residential areas), and reset the traps. I called Air Master when I was in a real bind. During the heat wave, my AC suddenly stopped working on July 2, just days before the Fourth of July holiday. They scheduled an appointment for the very next day between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., even though it was part of the holiday period.
The technician arrived promptly at 10:15, was professional, courteous, and quickly diagnosed the issue. He had my AC up and running within an hour. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Air Master exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of fast, reliable, and professional HVAC service.

Today was my first time at Mehana Salon and I had a fantastic experience with Jenny. She fit me in last minute, was incredibly friendly and treated me with aloha. Jenny is truly great at texture and really listened to my needs. The parking was easy, and the location felt very welcoming, clean, and professional. The entrance might look more like a home than a business, but you're welcome to walk right in. Inside, there's a reception counter, and her studio is well decorated with a customer focused atmosphere. For a stylist with 20 years of experience, the price was very reasonable. My second trip to Memphis went far better than the first. Last time I showed up without booking and was ignored because they assumed I was a cop, so I left without any service. I made sure to arrange everything in advance this time, and it made a big difference, the session was smooth and easily an 9/10, making it one of the better places I’ve visited so far. The most difficult decision in any build/remodel is which contractor to hire. As a perfectionist who has done several projects over the years with varying degrees of satisfaction, I've learned the value of paying attention to every review. One bad review out of dozens, or even hundreds, will influence my decision. Sometimes you just have to pick who has the least bad reviews & pray everything will turn out well. I chose My Guy to upgrade my outdated granite counter & tile backsplash to quartzite. I wanted to salvage old granite & sink for my son's home & reuse my original faucet. Altho an unusual & difficult request, Francisco's demo crew were persistent & tireless to meet that request. My custom cabinets were a challenge to fit extremely hard quartzite to, requiring numerous notches cut out, but Oscar & his family pulled off this difficult task with a professional "can do" attitude. My counters & backsplash turned out beautiful & I hope to employ Oscar one day to install salvaged granite in my son's home. Pedro (electrician) & his lovely, sweet wife, Stella, replaced outlets & switches & were a real joy to have in my home. Victor (plumber) was compassionate when I broke down over learning my old faucet had a damaged part rendering it unusable. He graciously drove into town (I live in the country) & purchased a "stand in" faucet until I could track down a replacement part for my 17yo Delta. The young man (sorry, I didn't get his name) who touched up my drywall was also courteous & efficient. Overall, I was impressed that all the subs took care to protect my home (which I've invested time, energy, & treasure in) from unnecessary damage, & cleaned up afterwards. And I can't say enough about Jarin, who coordinated it all. From the get-go, he instilled confidence that I'd made the right choice. No remodel endeavor will go off w/o a hitch, but Jarin navigated thru anything that came up. He was easy to get ahold of; answered my texts sometimes immediately, but for sure by the end of the day, & sometimes with a call. He always texted b4 anyone came out to the house. When he was on site he listened to & addressed any questions or concerns I had. He went out of his way (& beyond) to insure I was pleased with this remodel. A personal thank you to Jarin for his attention to detail & his craftsmanship! So yes, I would recommend MyGuyRemodeling. In fact, I'm already thinking of some upgrade I may do sooner than later!
