Goldie Maid saved our move in! Huge shoutout to Chris and his team for the amazing work they did. Our new home in Lincoln Park was in rough shape, complete with stains on the walls we couldn't scrub off ourselves and mold/mildew on the bathroom ceiling that made me believe i needed to replace drywall.
They came in and cleaned things we honestly didn't think were possible to clean. The walls look brand new, the bathroom is spotless, and the whole place feels totally refreshed. Couldn't be happier with their work, thank you Chris! Highly recommend them if you need a serious deep clean. Definitely gonna use them again.

They did a full roof replacement for me over off Quaker Ave in Lubbock. They were in and out and completed the full roof in one day! Pretty awesome. From the first time the Roof-Tech team came over to do the roof inspection they were friendly and professional. I had nothing but positive experiences with the salesman, office staff, and roofing crews. They even used a magnet to clean up after themselves to ensure no metal debris was left behind! It was a sight to see. I will be using them again if I ever need more roofing done.

Called several roofing companies for quotes and Harbor Roofing was by far the best cost for what we wanted. They were responsive to emails with questions I had thru the setting up process. We chose the color shingle and trim that we wanted and it got the ball rolling. Obviously we needed permitting which they handled, we just had to get 1 page notarized so it could be filed for the permit. We gave them the required amount of money so they could order everything needed. Once it came in, which wasn't very long thankfully.They gave us a date and time of arrival for the work to start. We were told 7am, in fact they got to Lakeland a little before that so that was a good thing.
Everyone was working hard, there were no slackers, the lead man that over saw the project came and talked to me about everything and said if I needed anything to call him but I didn't need to. They found bad fascia board quickly and I was called asking if I wanted it repaired, which I did obviously, and then what type of wood I wanted to use. They were able to get it quickly and replaced as needed. They did have to take shelter a couple times, it's rainy season after all, but they were still able to get it all done. Once the roof was done, they did clean up the area and used magnets to find any nails that may have fell into the grass.
Overall we are very happy with the work that was done, from the start of getting a quote initially to the last day of the actual installation. If you need a roof replacement or any roof repair in the Lakeland area, I'm sure they go beyond here, don't hesitate to give them a chance.

I would highly recommend these people for service of your ACs. They have done a phenomenal job. I had an emergency a few weeks back. They came in. It was late at night. They maintenance. They did work on it. They fixed it a week later my AC went down again no nothing from them. They came out immediately to check what was wrong. It turns out I have fluid buildup of the water the drainage they took care of it. They came back again. A week later they did a thorough examination of both my units I mean top to bottom cleaned to make sure everything was working. Well. They took their time and I have to admit these guys know what they’re doing with no hesitation when I had emergency of no AC working during the heat wave they came out and fixed it whoever sees this review. I really highly recommend these people.
