Had a great experience here - after a little confusion with my account (I’m originally a member from Chicago), Omley was super helpful and wonderful to work with. She made my experience all the better with her incredibly kind personality. Plus, my spray tan looks amazing!! Super happy with it and will definitely come by when I’m in Austin for work again.
I’ve been to many different locations throughout Austin and I find myself gravitating toward this location due to the cleanliness of the store and the kindness of staff! JOSIE is my go to girl. I had such a great experience here, I can’t say so much for the other locations I have visited. The girls that were working were friendly and knowledgeable. Samantha was very helpful and patient with me in explaining the memberships and lotions. Great job girls!
