Everyone here is super sweet and nice, and made my boyfriend, our kitty, and me feel very welcome. They explained what they were doing and why, and everything was quick, easy and professional! Our cat was spoiled on the exam table with treats and had a great time.They didn't, however, tell us anything about cost while we were there. I paid the $75 deposit for the exam, and when we showed up they gave our cat a vaccination and gave us a cup for a poop sample to bring back and sent us on our way, no mention of cost. the folks at austin urban vet care have always been attentive and caring to now three of my pets. their love for animals is obvious, and i've always felt safe putting my babies in their care!

While I was dog sitting one of the dogs suddenly got very sick. I called Austin Urban Vet, and they were able to see her quickly. Her condition was rapidly declining, and they stabilized her and secured a spot at a pet hospital right away. She made a full recovery and was reunited with her owner after 2 days in the hospital. Everyone at this vet clinic was amazing and supportive, from the ladies at the front desks to techs to the vets, and they saved this sweet young dog’s life.
