Impressed how quickly Carpet Now contacted me and showed up at my house with samples of different carpet options and the different prices. I went with a cost effective carpet selection that made the house look new after a perfect installation. Part of the installation involved rooms that were not perfectly square or rectangular, yet the carpet installation team made it look as though the new carpet was one single, continuous piece. Very nicely done. Thank you!

Tim was very friendly and easy to work with during the consultation phase. He helped us select the options that fit our needs without being pushy or impatient. The crew arrived on time and we're also friendly and professional. They got the job done in a timely manner and cleaned up everything before they left. I highly recommend Carpet Now of Austin.

I finally made the decision to replace my carpet after 5 years! The only reason I even reached out to Carpet Now was because of the reviews so I thought it only fair to repay the favor. All the reviews are true! We are a week in to our new carpet and couldn't be happier with the results! They were quick, efficient, extremely communicative, had amazing response time and best of all REASONABLY priced. I had 2 other companies come out to give us estimates before carpet now and Carpet now beat BOTH bids by $200+.
