I've had this company for several years with excellent service. This time they didn't come on appointed day, not sure what happened, fell through the cracks I guess. Customer service Rep Hannah was great! Got it rescheduled, apologized and madeSure it was showing in computer. Overall Berrett is a great company

Brad did a great job. He was honest and respectful of my home. He explained the chemicals and what they do and how they work.Ronald followed up to set up follow up service and was very timely and professional.Great first impressions, Berrett Pest & team.

Raul was a very professional technician and even offered input on how to prevent this from happening again in the future. He did inform me that this problem my take time but the company is here to help solve it. The office has great customer service with updates and scheduling. For now I highly recommend them.
