Went into HealthFirst looking for relief from severe neck pain I had been dealing with for 6+ months. I had tried acupuncture and massage but no relief until I saw Dr. Brad! This isn't your usual chiro practice where you just come in, get adjusted and you're done. Dr. Brad sets up a treatment plan tailored for you and he checks your progress with posture pics, xrays, etc as needed to really see how you're improving. My plan started with adjustments 3x per week and PT sessions to show me stretches/exercises to do at home. Within a few weeks I felt so much better!! Dr. Brad Holden is remarkable. The first thing you notice about him is a joy and enthusiasm for helping people. This attribute is shared by his wife and partner Nikki and their entire staff (Mary, Amber & Sheila).In addition to his decades long experience and expertise, there is a genuine passion for knowledge and an easy manner of disseminating that knowledge and information.Dr. Holden takes time with patients and has employed techniques and technologies that I had not seen before.The bottom line is that after 40 years, I am out of pain.
