Lanell Neff knows more about flooring (and Austin) than you will ever need. She's direct, efficient, and gives great advice based on her knowledge of materials, shipping, installation, design, and more. Landers has a wonderful selection of tile, vinyl, all types of wood, carpet, etc. They're not pushy but they will give you firm guidance! I've used them twice in the past six years and been very impressed with their installation teams, too.

Anthony, Stephanie, and the entire team at Landers were incredible to work with from start to finish. I had a pipe burst at my house and ended up having to replace carpet, tile and wood in house...they made a really stressful situation so easy! Anthony went out of his way to help me to understand the insurance reports and communicated with my claims agent during the process, he and Stephanie gave the best advice as I was picking out floors and the installation teams were so efficient, professional and did an incredible job.
