This place is so amazing. I really love it here! I started going after I injured my knee and I was able to build muscle strength back. Since then, I've been to so many of the different classes with different instructors and I love them all. I frequent the flows, but have done the Powerformer courses in the past. The integration of the TRX bands and the Pilates tower adds really great variety to get great workouts and keep your body strong and flexible!
Amazing! I initially went here to rehab injuries. Was pretty out of shape. Now I go because it makes me feel great! My body is getting so strong. Thanks magical ladies! Emmie is my favorite instructor besides the owner whose name I can’t place at the moment (sorry). Y’all the BEST! ????✨
I came across VBodies halfway through my pregnancy in the hopes of finding a more gentle alternative to Lagree, and it more than delivered. I was able to take classes from ~26 weeks to 40 weeks of my pregnancy and despite a lifetime of back pain, managed to get through my entire pregnancy without any back pain at all. I credit much of that to the strength training and stretching that these pilates classes provide. The whole staff is incredibly knowledgeable and supportive and the classmates create such a welcoming neighborhood community. I look forward to resuming classes again soon! Thanks Mary and team!
