Club Pilates offers free intro Pilates class for anyone who is interested in trying a class commitment free and to get more familiar about the Pilates practice. We were lead with basics and did moves utilizing our abs, legs, and arms. Though only 30 minutes, I got a good stretch and felt my core and legs work.Highly recommend this studio to try their intro class if you're looking to get familiar with the Pilates practice and the Pilates reformer machine.“
“My visit to Serasana Southwest Austin for lymphatic drainage left me feeling amazing. Krisheena was knowledgeable, gentle, and addressed all my concerns. 4477 S Lamar Blvd #420, Austin“I have really been enjoying my time at flow yoga Westgate, they have a wide range of classes to take and provide mats blocks and blankets which is lovely if you are coming straight from work- all the instructors have been delightful and the space is tidy. The only thing that can be tricky is the class times can be hard to make with my schedule. If they offered more classes in the evenings that are hatha or yin I would be over the moon. Other then that this is a great studio to practice in and I will keep coming back!“

3607 S Lamar Blvd #2202, Austin“Finally a true master of their trade! I have been searching for an amazing massage therapist for over a year all around Austin. I am a bit of a massage snob but honestly it's bananas to me that I couldn't seem to find anyone in the entire Austin area that seemed to know what they were doing- and I tried them all. Spas , private practice, sport masseuse physical therapy massage therapist you name it. Enter Chris. He knows the anatomy of your body so he is a true healer. I can't stress how important it is for a massage therapist to know anatomy. My tendinitis and tennis elbow always flares up throughout the year. I've had to go to acupuncture in the past but Chris has changed that! Now I just have to see him for a few sessions and it's gone! It's amazing. When I told Chris of my struggles with finding someone good he explained to me that in Texas massage therapist / masseuse only have to get HALF of the amount of hours needed to get licensed that people in New York need! Which explains a lot ! His setup is in his apartment ( which is common in NYC so it didn't bother me ) but for anyone wondering if that's sketch- it's not ! It just allows his pricing to stay competitive. Honestly - you will not be disappointed with a massage from Chris. The best of the best of the best. 100000000000 stars !!!“
“I showed up thinking I had made an appointment on the portal, but somehow it didn't go through and they were so kind and managed to squeeze me in not to mention my therapist was amazing!“
“i had a fall/injury and after so many doc appts plus physical therapy plus chiropractors etc, I just couldn't get relief with the muscle/nerve issues. Desperate to find other therapies, I googled and found Robert. He is so educated about the human body and immediately discovered some of the pain issues were not where the pain was but were coming from a totally different body part. After a few months my pain went from a 9 to a 2. I will continue to do maintenance session to help the muscles/nerves. So grateful to have found him. I recommend anyone having muscle/nerve issues to try this treatment for a couple months and you will be amazed with the progress.“

Her private sessions are individualized to focus on improving one's overall fitness at any level. After 2-3 years of limited activity due to prior knee pain, then two surgeries, she has helped me continue through recovery by practices to improve strength, balance and flexibility, and I have seen positive results.Dayna's home studio is comfortable with a beautiful view, and her lively personality makes classes fun, while offering the added benefit of safe training on the CoreFirst bands system. She inspires motivation and I look forward to every class with Dayna.“

414 W Johanna St, Austin“True Mysore Shala in Austin! The teachers Andrew and Déjà are amazing! This practice is traditional so take into consideration that it's a self-practice and your teacher gives you new poses once they feel you're ready (and have overcome/mastered your last challenge posture). I absolutely love the Mysore Austin Shala - both the teachers and the student and community alike.“

8213 Brodie Ln Suite 107, Austin“I have been teaching at Your Yoga for 6 years (bias alert), and absolutely love it. Our community of yogis is wonderful, engaged, curious, and real. The diversity of teachers and styles of yoga is a treat, and the emphasis on functional movement is what really sets us apart. We move and breathe together, laugh and cry together, and move forward in this thing called life with increasing levels of ease and strength of both body and mind. It may not be for everyone, but it's worth a try. It may become your yoga home!“
