Keith and Dharma Yoga was an awakening for me. I’ve been to a few yoga classes throughout Austin and this one felt like I belonged and was more than just stretching. It was nothing like I ever experienced and now I’m hooked. Thank you Kieth for showing me what is really means to practice Yoga.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Dharma yoga is a gift. I came to the studio because “spiritual” was the most cited word from reviews. Kieth and his staff share such heartfelt wisdom. The classes are accessible to all levels. I ended up doing his yoga teacher training and continue to appreciate our relationship.

Visiting from out of town, my local friend brought me here to one of Keith's classes. He is the founder and has been teaching for decades.His class offers strength-building, flexibility, alignment, humour, light-touch spiritual guidance and overall perfection.The best yoga class I have ever engaged with.
