Love this studio!! If you’re looking for a yoga home, you found it! The space is beautiful, the teachers are magical and the yoga is pure. Yoga for all levels that’s not just a workout. The flows are so grounding. Step out of your mind, on to your mat, and let your body move!

I love this studio! It’s beautiful, clean, heated (but not scorching), light and airy. When I walk in I immediately feel the exhale. The energy feels grounded and calming. The building is surrounded by gorgeous mature oak trees. I love the range of workshops, sound healings, yoga and activities that are offered. It’s truly a sanctuary for the Soul. The instructors are incredible (especially Andrea).Truly a hidden gem ?

Although I loved the previous owner, the “under new management” Yoga Vida is terrific. I’ve never had an instructor that wasn’t good. The room is heated but never overly so. The room is really large with mostly windows overlooking live oak trees, which is awesome. You have room to spread out. Good music. Mellow yoga vibes. I always am so glad - and feel so good when I go to a class here.
