My visit to Serasana Southwest Austin for lymphatic drainage left me feeling amazing. Krisheena was knowledgeable, gentle, and addressed all my concerns. I experienced immediate relief that lasted throughout the day and night. I plan to return for monthly maintenance and highly recommend Serasana for a rejuvenating experience.
I enjoyed a very therapeutic 80 minute massage by Stephanie. The first thing you notice about the space is how calm and soothing it is with a nice scent. It is very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are outfitted with heated tables which helps loosen tight muscles. Plus additional services like hot stones and cupping offered with the cost of service. I was introduced to them by an ad in the Nextdoor app. They have membership programs as well as individual services. Can't wait to come back again.
Dawn exceeded my expectations for the 50min massage. I walked out feeling refreshed & truly relieved from the shoulder and back pain I was having. She was super knowledgeable and even taught me some movements for at-home relief. Will definitely book with her again.
