Arden is absolutely incredible! I came to her in the depths of my own grief and trauma, and she helped me to find the light. It’s not like my pain went away, but, with Arden’s help, it’s become so much more manageable. I’m able to find a balance between grief and all of my other emotions, which is something I didn’t think would be possible before I met her. Arden truly listens to me and adjusts the acupuncture based on how I’m feeling at the time. She is also a warm, kind person and is a pleasure to be around. I will continue to use and recommend Songbird Acupuncture indefinitely.

I highly recommend Songbird Acupuncture. Arden is superbly thoughtful in assessing and creating proper treatment plans. She is very attentive and caring, and her treatments are successful at addressing chorionic and longstanding ailments and imbalances while also adjusting treatments along the way to address immediate discomfort and issues. She has helped me heal my mind and body from long-haul COVID as well as improve my overall consistent state of physical and mental well-being. I cannot say enough about the care I've received and the positive impact on my daily life.

I really really really don't like needles. But I really wanted to try acupuncture for all the health benefits and possible relief from some health issues. Arden was very understanding, gentle and explained everything until I was really comfortable with acupuncture. The office is calming and peaceful, I rest deeply when I'm on the table, and the heat lamp on my feet is an added treat every time.Now I can't wait for my sessions. I always leave feeling calmer — but beyond that — Arden has helped me move through a myriad of health issues with real success.
