“Heavy Mettle Fitness has transformed my life. I met Matt the owner in summer 2023 when I hit my lowest point physically, badly overweight and not able to easily do basic physical fitness activities, such as walking with pace and distance which was a challenge. He and the staff have been guides and mentors. As personal trainers Matt and team take the “personal” part of it as a shared journey, encouraging, listening, guiding. “Nick and the whole Simply Fit crew are friendly, professional and amazingly supportive. It’s a small gym that feels laid back, clean, approachable. All the exercises/equipment are straightforward, and they work with you where you are. Our whole family is training here now, plus a few friends. I’ve tried all kinds of classes and gyms and so far this feels like I’m actually making progress. This is my first time with a personal trainer and I would definitely recommend Nick “Turbo” or any of the other trainers here.“

Here Guro Larry St. Clair helps you learn and is so motivated and will go as fast or slow. My son and daughter love the Tigers class. “Nearing 60, I realized it was time to get working on strength training. After several searches, I found Embody Fitness and Lindsay and what an amazing experience it has been. Lindsay pushes me to do more than I think I can during each session and I always leave feeling stronger than when I started. As someone who struggles with muscle memory, I love how patient Lindsay is as she demonstrates yet again, how to perform the different movements. I also appreciate her attention to details as she makes suggestions to improve my form. I enjoy that she makes each visit playful and fun and her words of encouragement carry with me through the day. “I joined Practical Fitness to achieve some fitness goals before my wedding. I am happy to report that because of PF I have been able to achieve exactly what I wanted! I have become more lean, decreased my body fat percentage, and have much more definition through my arms, back, and legs. Aside from the great 30 minute workouts I received excellent guidance from Colton on nutrition.I have always been a "if I'm not drenched in sweat by the end of a workout I didn't work out" kind of girl and so when I started with PF I was definitely a bit skeptical.
