    Dayna is an excellent yoga instructor and her many years of experience offers much more. Her private sessions are individualized to focus on improving one's overall fitness at any level. After 2-3 years of limited activity due to prior knee pain, then two surgeries, she has helped me continue through recovery by practices to improve strength, balance and flexibility, and I have seen positive results.Dayna's home studio is comfortable with a beautiful view, and her lively personality makes classes fun, while offering the added benefit of safe training on the CoreFirst bands system. She inspires motivation and I look forward to every class with Dayna.

    I’ve been working out with Dayna for about 5 months about 2 days a week and lost at least 10-15 lbs - enough to fit into my smaller scrub!!! It’s low impact but still gets my heart rate up at times. I look forward to my workout and feel relaxed and energized at the same time after I’m done. Dayna is highly educated, super nice, but knows when to push me to be better! Totally recommend you trying her out!

    Dayna is an excellent yoga instructor who customizes for her clients depending on their needs that day. I have been a private client for years and have noticed tremendous improvement in my physicality as well as a deepening of my yoga practice. Highly recommend!
