In three weeks, I went from not being able to finish 11 miles to running a half marathon PR thanks to the people at RunLab. I would highly recommend this business for anyone who needs help with running pain or expert advice on running mechanics. They have a system down pat that will help you improve your running form.

I can passionately recommend and speak highly of the personalized care plan, professionalism, and compassion shown by Runlab, specifically for youth athletes.After an acute injury to my son’s foot and hip, several doctors and podiatrists could not figure out why it happened, how to manage or help him recover. Thankfully, we found RunLab. Over the past 8 months of therapy, our 13 year old son has progressed from being unable to bear weight on his right foot, unable to walk confidently without crutches, and unable to kick a soccer ball without pain. I can see why they have 5/5 stars- super comprehensive assessment- I was so impressed by the gait analysis process, and knowledgeable and kind staff. I recommend RunLab to any of my running friends!I have now seen Drs. Halasz, Murray and Rhoden and they are all amazing! The entire team are miracle workers. I most recently saw Dr. Rhoden for a non-running related injury. I'm already feeling 100% better after just one visit with him! It is great to know they also treat non-running injuries.Thank you all so much, RunLab is an asset to the Austin community!
