I have been going to SW Dermatology for several years. They contact me to schedule the periodic appointment and provide a follow up reminder the day before the appointment. Staff was very competent, appointment was on time.Dr. Sharp provided a thorough scan, asked questions, dealt with minor issues on the spot; ie, no required second visit.Previously Dr. Graves removed a lesion from my face and left no discernible scar.The scheduling system could use some tweaking. After setting the appointment it continued to send texts to make an appointment.
Check in was fast and efficient. The staff was friendly and informative. Dr Graves was personable and kept me apprised of the details of each step of the procedure during my surgery. He also called later in the evening to check on my recovery and answer questions.
Dr. Graves is the best. He is kind & efficient, & even called in the evening to see how I was doing after my MOHS surgery. His staff knows their jobs and are friendly and helpful.
