Dr Zhou is my favorite person and doctor in Austin. I've been going to him consistently for over 15 years and he has helped me more than any traditional Western medicine doctor. He has treated me for acute, chronic, one-off ailments, as well as performed simple maintenance for optimal health outcomes. He synthesizes findings and results from other doctors with his own personalized treatments and recommendations for the same issues. His recommendations have reversed inflammation. He hails from 8 generations of doctors (his great grandfather founded a teaching hospital), teaches at the Academy in Austin, is whipsmart, kind and humble. My first acupuncture visit for sinus / allergies issues. Moved to Austing few months back and December was really bad for me. I have signed up for 5 sessions and really looking forward that this will work for me.

Dr Zhou addressed my stiff neck and shoulder that I had from overuse injury. I felt immediate relief and pain reduction. I’ll be returning for follow up appointments to hopefully clear the issue. Highly recommend.

Pine Mountain Chinese Acupuncture and Herbal Clinic was founded in 2001 and is located at the Medical Science Center at 711 West 38th Street, Suite G-3 in Austin, Texas. In our clinic, we apply various treatment modalities of Chinese medicine, including acupuncture, acupuncture with electric stimulation, cupping, acupressure, and moxibustion.Our friendly clinic is headed by Dr. Ziyang Zhou, L.Ac., MD (China), an acupuncturist and herbalist with extensive training and more than three decades of experience working with Traditional Chinese Medicine in China and the United States. Patients feel comfortable in his care because of his knowledge, qualifications, and a strong ability to communicate clearly and receptively.
