Riley was very thorough and took time to explain possible causes of the pest problem we were worried about. He went above and beyond, removing outlets and spraying near windows - which was more than some other technicians who just sprayed baseboards. We feel more confident our pest problem will go away because of his work. And he took his shoes off before coming in which we appreciated greatly! Jamone is great too! And Juan Pianerosi!
