I want to give a shoutout to Colton at Natural Fit Therapy. He has significantly improved the health of my back reducing my back and sciatic pain. I now have more freedom of movement with a reduction in pain helping me get back to a normal life. Thank you Colton for guiding me to better healthy living.

Personalized, not processed, service. Great PT team. I think that an office that is locally owned (like this one) by an experienced Physical Therapist (Ryan S.) is a better choice rather than a national chain with satellite offices. Admin team went out of their way to address and resolve administrative matters with my insurance. Luckily, I was able to be seen quickly and my issues have been resolved. Advice: take your home work/exercises seriously and do them as directed; you will feel better much sooner!

I am a huge fan of Natural Fit therapy. The business is locally owned, by very experienced and competent therapists, and because of that, they are able to recognize/hire qualified therapists. I am in my mid-70s and subject to the myriad aches and pains of the aging, sedentary lifestyle. Ryan and his team are able to keep me moving, and pain free, which is huge. Thanks to Natural Fit, and to Colton!
