They did an amazing job on our 3 wool/viscose area rugs and 3 Turkish runners. Our large area wool rug had doggie stains that we just could not get out. Wool and viscose rugs are hard to clean. Tim managed to get the stains out beautifully. The Turkish rugs are brighter and look like new. Great job! The cost was a bit higher, but with door to door service and excellent results - it was worth it. They even move furniture and roll them up and package them for you. And they were returned back cleaned when he said they would be too.

The entire process with Aegis Fine Rug Cleaning was an absolute delight! I don’t usually write reviews, but this company was so rare and outstanding that I had to spread the word. Not only were they on time and delivered my rug back on schedule, they cleaned my heavily pet-soiled rug 100% (something I didn’t think was possible). Tim showed up for pickup with dog treats at-the-ready and brought another bag for my dogs at dropoff. AND, he sent us warm cookies just for being a customer!This level of service and respect is sadly lacking these days and I highly recommend Tim and Aegis to anyone who cares about quality and service for their fine rugs.Two enthusiastic thumbs...read full review
