2nd Update: Updating from 3 stars to 5 stars. Despite the rough experience we had at the start the work they did was very quality and worth every penny. Michael was the technician who installed the tank and pump and when we had issue he came back each time and solved and neither of the problems were to the fault of there work. We did get unlucky with the first person that we worked with (not Michael) but Michael is truly very skilled worker and very knowledgeable and he is the main reason for turning this from a 1 start to a 5 star.1st Update: Updating from 1 star to 3 star. Mr. Rooter did a great job. They came out quickly and fixed the problem in no time. The techs were very polite, knowledgeable, showed photos of the issue and the fix. I highly recommend.
The plumber, Nick Moore, did an amazing job, I had an unidentified leak and needed the leak detected and fixed ,nick found and fixed the leak in yard and was done start to finish roughly 3 hours he explained every step the whole way, and was knowledgeable ,professional..very satisfied with the service.
