I highly recommend seeing Dr. Novy if you are looking for a dentist in the Austin area! Not only is he hilarious, but him and his staff genuinely care about your experience being a patient - they go above and beyond in the level of customer service they provide.

Been going to Dr. Novy for close to 20yrs. Straight up the best dentist in the area. No BS trying to upsell, just straightforward get the job done with the least amount of pain. He and his staff are the bar all others should be judged against.

I had an fantastic experience at Dr. Novy's office. All the staff was incredibly friendly. My dental hygienist Patti did a great job and had fantastic attention to detail. Dr. Novy was also great- absolutely no issues. He was easy to talk to and took time to answer all the questions that I had. I did not get the sense that they were trying to upsell me on any unnecessary services, which was my primary concern about finding a new dentist. Would highly recommend Dr. Novy to anyone in the Austin area.
