I had a Feldenkrais session with Vivian Best and it was amazing. It was my first Feldenkrais session ever and I am so glad I had it with Vivian!- feel really relaxed like after a massage but also feel like I am inside my body and I feel like it’s capable- Look in the mirror and I don’t feel bad about feeling fat because I also feel inside my body and I can feel what it can do. Luna gave me one of the best massages I've had in Austin! They were super sweet and did a really great job of listening to what my body needed, especially since I didn't always have the words. Loved it. Next time, I will request them. Also, Myo itself is very serene, easy to get to, I always fine parking. They have a nice little waiting section, and they always ask your music preference.
Aimee REALLY knew what she was doing! I needed to come in for a pain management massage for my hips and she helped me so much that for a period after the massage I felt like a normal human again with no pain! It's going to be a process to be pain free on the long term, but I immediately bought the pain management package because I knew I wanted to keep going back!
