Ashley gave me my first spray tan ever and it was the BEST EXPERIENCE!!! I was a bridesmaid in a wedding and the dress was a sky blue color, I felt it washed me out without much color so I chatted with Ashley and decided to go for it :) she also recommend the sweat resistant one because we were going to be on vacation at a lake, and these photos from the wedding are AFTER a day on the lake swimming and tubing with my family! I could not be more happy and got soooooo many compliments on my skin - of course I told everyone I got a spray tan and they said ‘you can’t even tell! ?’ which is exactly what I was going for haha. I can’t thank Ashley enough, I will definitely be back!!

I had a very troublesome backup in my kitchen drain. I called Charlotte Plumbing Repair and they had a service tech out in just a little over an hour! The problem proved to be quite large , so they stepped back and analyzed the issue, upon returning to tackle my drain issue, tech got right to work and in no time had the drain issues tackled and done. Both techs that helped me were very professional and courteous and did not leave a mess behind themselves. On top of that, their price was very reasonable . I’ll definitely use them again if I ever need another Plumbing service

I'm new to the area and needed a haircut. Just a haircut, not a styling or anything fancy. Just a basic buzz cut. Gary's was pretty close to me and looked like a REAL barbershop. I was right! A great little traditional local barbershop with great prices and awesome customer service from Shad. I couldn't be happier with my cut and the experience there.

Amazing spray tans!! I have been to several spray tan locations and tried various self tanning methods and none seem to work as well as this spas tanning solution and equipment. All the girls are so personable and make you feel very comfortable during the session. I make my appts through the mind body app which is super simple, however, I made an appt accidentally at the wrong location and they were able to squeeze me in the same day. I recommend getting the membership, you won’t regret it!

We were greeted upon entry! The salon is open, clean and inviting! The prices are reasonable and the service is excellent! My Grandmother had a stroke several years ago, her nails grow really long and due to her not being able to fully open her hands it's hard to maintain them! Emily took great care with my grandmother! Throughout the experience she asked if she was okay and if everything was to her liking! She was patient and kind throughout the service! She never complained and maneuvered accordingly! My Mom received a Deluxe Pedicure with gel polish and had her eyebrows waxed!

Iuliia is amazing! Attention to detail is out of this world and her work is meticulous and long lasting. I had my russian gel mani done on Nov 1st before a month of traveling Italy. With all the travel, nothing ever chipped. While washing my hair, the strands do not get stuck anywhere because the execution was perfect. It is now Dec 7th and has been over 5 weeks. I have had zero issues with my mani. I have only had to file down my nails myself as they've grown- even then not a single chip. These nails will last you well into 4-5 weeks and the only reason you'll need to do something about them is because your nails are growing out - otherwise it remains perfect!
I made an appointment for myself, my daughter and a friend for pedicures and a gel manicure.
We arrived, and were seated immediately and together so we could visit. We were also offered something to drink while we got our pedicures. It was a wonderful experience! We had a great time visiting and received 5 star service from the wonderful staff.

Had my lash lift done by Crystal and love it! They were not over curled and crunchy but instead defined and soft. She's so professional and truly a sweetheart. I used her lash serum to grow my lashes back from an extension not done by her. It worked! Not only that, it's nice to use in place of mascara. I highly recommend her.

Loren is absolutely amazing at what she does. I had damaged hair and really was not happy with how I was looking. When I came in she took the time to have a consultation about my expectations and what would be the least damaging for my hair. She went through colors and what would look best with my skin tone, by far the most thorough consult I’ve ever had. Let me tell you the it was well worth the over hour drive. I have had multiple compliments on my hair in less than a week. I feel so much better, I will definitely be back.
I visited Lori at her Monroe location in her home. I felt as though I was in a spa. Never once did I feel as if I was in her personal home. I had neglected my skin for years, life happens and we all get busy. She was extremely professional and took the time to listen to my concerns. She knows what lines need to be dark, and which ones need to be more delicate. Her big thing is longevity of the tattoo, lines blurring. Things like that. It's very refreshing to have worked with an artist that is passionate about their work and their clients.
She is also very easy to talk to. The three hours we were there FLEW by.

I had a several outlets that were stopped working and it was not a simple GFI issue. The first electrician with a large local company wanted $5,000 to replace the entire breaker panel. Ryan got us up an running after the storm from Ian took down a tree which ripped our panel almost completely off the side of our house. This was the ONLY locksmith company to come to Iron Station NC on Christmas Eve in under 45 minutes. This is coming from someone with a Triple AAA membership who waited 3 hours (still waiting) for someone to be assigned to me in this area. Josh got here in 25 minutes like he said and got my car unlocked in about 10 minutes. I called so many places before I got to this one and again they were the only one who I believe was truly 24:7 on a holiday. Very thankful.

The space is clean and the rates for fobs and services are very reasonable. I priced four locksmiths and Car Keys to Go had the best price for bringing in the fob and key to get a duplicate. The new fob worked exactly as it should and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.

The use of a bingo-style card and stamps provided a fun and effective way to ensure attendees visited all booths, resulting in the discovery of many vendors and products. All events, including the training sessions and trade show, offered free drinks, water, and coffee. A major highlight was the reception and social timeframe, where excellent food and drinks were provided, allowing attendees to interact more personally. This setting enabled attendees to get to know each other better and build more personalized relationships. In conclusion, the Southern Lock & Supply Learning Expo and Trade Show was an excellent use of time and resources. It provided valuable technical, operational, financial, and instructional material, along with updated knowledge and techniques. The event also expanded my network of locksmith and vendor resources. This well-staffed and venerable organization is expanding and modernizing its offerings and technological systems, presenting an impressive outlook for its future as a leader in our industry.

Carpet Pros came out & stretched my upstairs carpet. Apparently when it was originally installed it was not done correctly & eventually pulled away from the walls creating bumps in our carpet.

I had the pleasure of utilizing this service on today. I called at the last minute because another company canceled on me last minute. I desperately needed my carpet cleaned prior to getting my furniture delivered. Who wants brand new furniture on a filthy floor? So they have an emergency line, and you have to pay a little more, but they'll be to you in a couple hours or less. I only needed the one room done and he cleaned it in less than 45 minutes. My carpet looks brand new!! I would certainly recommend them to anybody looking to get their carpet cleaned. Wonderful service, nice people, great customer service!
I had a great experience using this company. I called then after a dog accident happened and they were very responsive and did a great job cleaning my rug. This is the 2nd time I have used them and were very care in moving my furniture while taking the rug out and then again upon return. They asked me several times if everything was back the way I would like the furniture positioned. Great customer service!

Similar to all the other reviews shared here, the experience with Phil and his team was top notch. I had called two other hardwood businesses and neither returned my call, but Phil responded same day and came out the next to check out our job. He's very knowledgeable and advised against doing a couple things we were thinking about (like putting hardwood in the laundry room). By the next day I had a very reasonable quote. You can text with him and he'll respond back right away, even on weekends.
His team was there bright and early each day and cleaned up after themselves. They were able to perfectly match existing hardwood and stain that had been in the house for many years. We absolutely love the result. If you're considering hardwoods, absolutely work with Phil and his team.

Ms Mary D gave us a critical review on Jan 2021. We were contacted by another restoration company, to provide our personal and professional opinion of the installation of a wood floor. Upon the President of the company inspecting said floor, he found some damage to the floor, but not anything that couldn't be repaired. This was the professional opinion of a person that has been in every level of the flooring business for 40 years, from installation to administration. Because our opinion did not meet Ms Mary D's specifications, she gave us a scathing review which was unwarranted. Georgia Carpet, nor any employee, received any compensation of any sort for providing our professional opinion on Ms Mary D's floor. We are truly sorry that Ms Mary D doesn't agree with our professional assessment.

I sent a text message to Dan Minton and he responded quickly. We set up a day and time to get an estimate on our floors. He looked them over and spotted all of our problem areas immediately without us pointing them out. We received our quote in a timely manner, we accepted and he worked around our schedule for a start date. It took 5 days total for the square footage we had. He had a father/son team on our project, they arrived on time and were so professional and respectful. The amazing part was my husband works from home and we have a dog. We were able to stay home the entire time. Dry time between coats is so much shorter now that they have great water base products to use. They filled in all the divets and cracks in our floors, they look brand new and put on all new shoe molding to match the new floors and left the house clean. I highly recommend Accent Wood Floors for your floor refinishing work. I loved the father/son team that we had. They work so well together!

We chose RiteRug AGAIN based on their vast product selection and superb workmanship when it comes to installing your flooring. I have attached two images of how our new berber carpet was butted up against our hardwood flooring and tile. As you can see, the installation was flawless with razor sharp transition lines. It only took the crew from RiteRug 5 hours to remove the old carpet, remove the old padding, prep the flooring, staple down the new padding and install over 500 square feet of new carpeting for two of our bedrooms. Based on this last experience, we will be inviting RiteRug back in the near future to do the same installation for our second floor bedroom suite. We HIGHLY recommend RiteRug for all your flooring needs.

Joe Retaino managed the project and I could say many wonderful things about him but the highlights are 1) Project was finished on time and within budget 2) the work is top quality 3) any unanticipated issues were communicated promptly and resolved quickly 4) crew was very pleasant to deal with 5) Joe brought creative alternatives to the my original plan that saved money and looked better. I have dealt with many contractors and some of them I truly believe worked for someone else and thought they could do the same level of work but didn't. Joe and CCS were true professionals. I had an advocate making sure everything was right. I refer them and plan on using them again.
My husband and I hired the Novak Group to design and renovate our 1970s kitchen and laundry area. This included knocking down two walls, adding windows through brick, moving the electrical panel and updating wiring throughout, changing the footprint of the kitchen and moving plumbing lines for laundry. Fast forward 18months and we LOVE our house ... amazing to see the plans come together. Tim was amazing as the foreman / building lead / day to day manager ... and now post move in follow up. Tim has seen it all in his day and our house benefitted from that experience. Daron has great vision and knowledge that we trusted so much that when asked a question about what we wanted, a lot of times our reply would be WWDD ... "what would Daron do"! Highly recommend due to their flexibility, experience, vision and most importantly ... quality!
Rob and the entire staff at Goldstar were wonderful. From the initial meeting through the design phase all the way through completion we were kept in the loop. Krystal and Daniel were of the utmost help today. I was in a bit of an emergency situation and needed a full cut and edging this weekend, after finding a violation letter in the mail on Thursday. Stayed within my budget and got the work I needed done in a quick manner as today is Saturday and the work is already done before noon. We had a walkway that we put in ourselves years ago that needed to go. Joe has done work in our neighborhood and came highly recommended. He lived up to his reputation. His team came and removed the old walkway. Soon afterwards we had a new path. We love it.
Had a leak in my irrigation system and after contacting 6 other businesses I saw his ad online-I submitted my request and received a phone call within 5 minutes. My leak required me to cut off the water to the house so I needed someone quick-contact was made after 2pm and I am in Gastonia-Rick recognized the immediacy of my situation and by 5pm Matt had me fixed-was great to take a shower that afternoon without having to go outside and turning the water on and then going back out to cut it off-would highly recommend this company. I purchased a home by DR Horton. Loving group did the landscaping. Under warranty DR Horton helped with a bush that died and a tree. I unfortunately had bad luck with the tree replacement and DR Horton said that I was out of warranty. Very frustrated with them, I happened to stop by the shop and found it to be closed. Frustrated more, I knocked anyway because there was a car there. TR, the manager there, actually answered the door. He was awesome and said he would fix my tree problem. I can't say enough about customer service like that. My new tree was installed and is beautiful. TR made my whole experience with this so much better. Thank you TR for your help.

I recently had an irrigation system installed by Southern Cut Design and Build. It was such a pleasure to work with Corey, Mac, and Charleen, who were all so professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant! The crew who did the installation were also amazing and didn’t tear up my yard. Everyone, from Corey working with me to stay within my budget, to Mac overseeing the entire installation project; coordinating with the plumber and getting the final inspection done as well as the start up. And Charleen was always in the office to answer any questions that I had. I’ve already received compliments on how nice my yard looks, after the trenches were dug. My journey to my beautiful project started several months ago. I had called and discussed my project with another company. They took some pictures of my yard and put in some rough details about the landscape work and the hardscape. It was difficult to tell what went where. Several times I told them that I could not have toxic plants in my backyard due to my dogs. They didn't listen and kept sending me info on plants that were dangerous. Then came the contract. It had conflicting paragraphs that they refused to revise. However, the most disturbing was that they were telling me they were 8-10 weeks out and that they reserved the right to increase their quote (even after I signed the contract) during that time. Oh no!
Enter Metrogreenscape and Chase Daugherty!. I saw the company advertised on Facebook and called. Chase came by a day or two later. We walked my yard and we talked about what I was looking to achieve. He explained that they do CAD drawings so that you can see exactly what you get and where it will be placed. He showed me a picture of a job they had completed and it's CAD drawing. It was difficult to tell which was the real item. They could have met the next week, however we had a trip planned. We met as soon as we returned and met to review the CAD drawings. To say that we were impressed is putting it mildly! My front, back and side yard were absolutely stunning! I asked to see their contract and was totally impressed with the straight forwardness of the wording. (I am a retired attorney) There was no hidden issues. No small print to worry about. And, the quote was the quote. Absent change orders, my price would remain the same! We signed that day. That was July 31. Today is August 29 and the project is complete! And stunning!.
They have the best crew you can ever have working at your house! Keith is the boss and stayed in touch the entire time with updates. Adan is the Crew Chief and Freddy oversees the 3-man crew! (I couldn't believe that just 3 people could get this amount of work done in just over one week!) These are amazing, hard-working men. Every day when they left, my yard was cleaned up. (Yes, there was construction materials, but everything was neat and organized)

October 2024 update: I need a to put in a warranty claim for the lighting as I appeared to have an intermittent problem. They have been great on coming out and making sure that all is working. Again, I highly recommend this company!

Was trapped in my home for several days after the hurricane and within a day of contacting them they swooped in and saved us clearing the tree from our home and drive way quickly and professionally. I started using Plaza Midwood Dentistry after feeling like my previous dentist was taking advantage of my ignorance and selling me on procedures I didn't need. This office is a breath of fresh air. You can tell the staff is there to do a good, honest job without selling expensive and/or painful work you don't need. I trust them with my teeth. With x-rays and cleaning, I am usually in and out in an hour. Scheduling is easy, and they even offer earlier timeslots as they come available. The office is clean and welcoming, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Nothing bad to say.

Dr. Clay is phenomenal. Last spring, I developed some knee issues during my marathon training block. The team was able to identify the cause, provide treatment and gave me targeted exercises/workouts/tips that I was able to do outside of my sessions to help my recovery. The team is very knowledgeable, approachable, and eager to help. Any time I have something pop up, I will go back without question.

Incredible doctors and love the structure of the membership at The Joint!! They are open until 7pm most weekdays and even have great weekend availability. I use my membership at locations nationwide, and the caliber and quality of the doctors is unparalleled. Not 1 doctor is exactly the same in how they adjust, but they have all been All-Stars and very knowledgeable in my experience. I cannot always anticipate when I'll need an adjustment to keep functioning at my best, so it's awesome to know I can rely on The Joint and their A++ team of docs to support that. I highly recommend!!

I wish I could give Dr Lyon’s 10000 stars!!! He is incredibly knowledgeable and super nice. I have always been afraid of chiro but after having my baby I had to do something about my back. He worked with me and got me comfortable with the process so little by little I allowed him more leeway on what he could “crack” lol. I always feel a million times better when I leave. He can almost always get me in same day if need too! I cannot say enough wonderful things about him. Please do yourself a favor and go to Dr Lyons!!
Struck gold in my Google search for a chiropractor with Catalyst! Had finally decided to see one for the first time ever in my 30s, with scoliosis that caused me to wear a back brace as a teenager. Dr Matt has gotten my back feeling much better overall and has tried quite a few treatment types (scraping, cupping, dry needling) to get to where it’s at now. Used to get random painful arm tingling in my sleep that would wake me up but haven’t noticed this since starting to regularly get dry needled and adjusted. Can’t believe I waited as long as I did to try a chiropractor and so glad I found Catalyst!

I recently switched to Queen City Animal Hospital after several years of subpar care at another clinic, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. From the moment we walked in, I was impressed by their LGBT-friendly environment and their exceptional care for my large breed Great Danes. Unlike previous vets, who labeled one of my Danes as aggressive, the team at Queen City embraced him with open arms. Their fear-free approach has transformed our visits into pleasant and thorough experiences, significantly reducing stress for both my pets and me.
The staff is incredibly pleasant, easy to talk to, and genuinely cares about their patients. Their pricing is extremely reasonable, especially considering the high quality of care provided. The facility itself is beautiful, and the outdoor exam area is a fantastic convenience for my larger dogs.

This review is way overdue. Hickory Grove Animal Hospital is where I've been taking my senior cat, Pudge since we moved to the area. I'm fortunate enough it's only about a 3-minute drive from where I live. The staff and doctors are so good to my Pudge. They do a fantastic job with everything. They're also great with the people. They discovered that Pudge had hyperthyroidism. She also needed her teeth cleaned and some pulled. Every interaction I had, which has been quite a few, has been a good one. All the staff and doctors are friendly and patient in answering any questions and concerns. They've been the best vet I've ever been to so far.

I have been going to Dr. Hanes for over 20 years. It’s a family business and we get treated like it. My pets have been getting excellent care because Dr. Hanes really does his profession for the animals and not just for the money!
Mixed feelings. Think they went overboard on their thoughts for recovery. Suggested a menu totaling about $1,300. We scaled down to +|- $300. The cat is alive & well! Kudos to the facility & attention received.

Dr. Baucom made both our dog Dexter and all of the family feel welcomed and safe from the greeting. She was extremely thorough and it was obvious that she studied our extensive questionnaire we completed ahead of time. She was very empathetic and caring. We left feeling very hopeful that we are finally going in the right direction with Dexter.

Took my corgi there to be groomed. This is the best groomer I have visited over the years. I have had doodles, wheatens, and now a corgi. This is the first place I have been truly satisfied, especially with my corgi. They trimmed her very well. It’s subtle and well done for a dog with a double coat. She feels so much better in this heat. This is also the first time someone has done a sanitary trim well. Her paws are cleanly trimmed and nails clipped close but not to the quick. The deshedding that everyone else seems to charge extra for was included. I can tell a huge difference in her shedding since she was groomed. That is not typical. She is usually back to shedding like crazy within a day. None of the products they use have irritated her skin. To top it all off, she has smelled wonderful for days now. It is Sunday and I had her groomed on Thursday.
Lastly, the prices were extremely reasonable and competitive. I have paid much more and been less satisfied pretty much everywhere else.

I have been coming here for the past few months for their fabulous self-serve baths. They have the best ones in town - the water temperature is easily controlled, the spray heads have the perfect flow, and they have everything you need for a perfect bathing experience for your pup: high-quality shampoo/conditioner/spray, cotton balls for ears, brushes of every variety, a separate blow-drying room, etc. (You'll have to trust me on this. I have tried literally every self-serve dog bath in Charlotte. :-) This place is so far above the rest that I have been meaning to write a review for quite some time now. But what made me sit down and write my review TODAY is that I wanted people to know that it's more than just the services that make this place special. Almost every time I come in, I run into Adayla, one of the amazing groomers. She is memorable because she is beyond friendly and has amazing energy. She's kind to the dogs. She's kind to the people. She's like a good vibe dispenser - spreading them to everyone around her through her smile. As I was bathing my buddy today, I started to hear this beautiful voice, singing harmony with the standard 90s music that happened to be playing in the shop today. I had to look around a bit to figure it out, but it was coming from a couple of baths away. Wow, I thought, Adayla sure has mastered the art of harmony. Then another song came on, and Adayla said, "Oh, it's my song!" I thought she meant it was "her song" in the way most of us regular people mean that - you know, we really love the song that just started playing. No - she meant it was HER song. It turns out she's a singer/songwriter who performs in weddings all over the world! She wasn't going to sing along, but I nudged her into it, and it was like hearing angels in stereo. Oh my gosh. BEAUTIFUL. I get teary just thinking about it. So, back to the review - if you're looking for the best dog-bathing experience in Charlotte, and you're also looking to be bathed in positive energy and the most gorgeous voice you will ever have the honor of hearing up close like that, RUN to Bubbly Paws. For the past 4.5 years, Arrichion has been the equalizer for my health. As a highly active and adventurous soul, I have relied on Arrichion, especially the hot yoga to mitigate injury and keep me in tip top shape to conquer life adventures. Most recently, I tackled Mount Kilimanjaro and I can state with no hesitation that the secret ingredient during my preparation was the intense hot yoga sessions. Okra yoga is my favorite yoga studio in the Noda area of Charlotte so far and one of my favorites in the wider Charlotte metro. I am very grateful for the variety of classes they offer, especially the number of slower and unheated classes. Most of the classes emphasize the mental and spiritual benefits of yoga, not just the physical, which is one of the most important aspects of yoga, imo.I left off a single star simply because classes that are named exactly the same can be very different depending on the instructor teaching them. I would prefer if I could rely on having a *relatively* consistent experience in terms of speed and intensity. For example, if I show up to a deep stretch class, I find it a bit frustrating if that class is actually being taught as a restorative class instead. Or if I show up to a class that describes itself as a slow or relaxed pace, but half of the class is taught at the same speed as a typical vinyasa class, this is also frustrating. I sign up for classes based on what my body needs that day, and it's frustrating when the experience differs so dramatically from the description. I would've signed up for something else instead.
Since moving to Charlotte about a year ago, I have tried many yoga studios in order to find my home studio. In my opinion, Charlotte Yoga is the best yoga studio in Charlotte and has become a home to me. There is a great variety of classes and the staff and instructors are so warm and welcoming! Place is definitely cool… well “Hot” but you get the idea. Like that you can book you time slot online, take a couple of 15 minute sessions and go. I found Advanced Therapeutics when I was searching for pain relief massage. Jeff is absolutely wonderful. His knowledge of anatomy and function makes the massage very productive. He finds the root cause of the pain that radiates where I feel it. I feel so much better after the massage. I decided to try yoga with Theresa. I've done yoga in the past but always in classes. The time and attention she gives in one on one yoga is amazing. She addresses issues that I didn't even know I had. She is always making sure that I don't get hurt and still get a great workout. I have massages from Theresa where she learns more about my body to make yoga more effective and makes me feel great. It is always soothing and relaxing. She has a great touch. Both Jeff and Theresa are great people and dedicated to their craft and clients. I always look forward to our sessions.

I love this yoga studio! I have been coming here for the last 2 years since I moved to Charlotte, and it is the only yoga studio I go to. The teachers are fantastic! I'm not a fan of hot yoga, and I'm so glad they offer "non hot" yoga, since it seems like every other studio in town typically just offers hot yoga! Sad that I won't be able to go anymore after moving to Philadelphia in a month, but glad I found this place and got to enjoy it for a while!!
I’ve done hot yoga all over, but CFYC was next level. The room is small enough to trap the heat and humidity so you really get that sweat you come for. They have great showers with soaps, shampoos, and lotion…and towels! The staff is lovely and I will definitely be back soon.

This is the best Pilates I have found in Charlotte. As a former professional dancer, I tend to be highly critical of instructors but this experience exceeded any of my expectations. Laney could spot every compensation or substitution my body tried to pull and cued and reduced resistance and repeated until I got it right. The session wasn’t a workout class but an exercise in movement efficiency and postural alignment. I left feeling taller and more balanced in my body. I highly recommend this studio.
Michele is one of the best, if not the best, pilates instructors I have ever had (and I have tried a lot of instructors over the past 10 years). She knows her craft and is passionate about doing right by her clients. She listens and watches, carefully- in order to cater the workout to the client and not the other way around. She is a pro. Don’t hesitate to sign up and try a class. You will be really glad you did.
Sarah is an amazing teacher and true asset to Club Pilates Dilworth. Not only does she have awesome music play lists but I really appreciate how specific she is with the importance of correct breathing during the exercises!

I joined Club Pilates in Strawberry Hill a month ago. I have joined several types of gyms/workout programs before this and have never felt as good as I do in just 4 weeks. I like the variety of instructors and difficulty they each bring. Looking forward to the changes month #2 will bring!
I have been doing Pilates for 7 years and it has transformed my mindset for body strength. Each and every class is different and engages the core in different ways. Every instructor I have taken classes from brings solid expertise and body awareness to teach us PROPER movement to give us the best strength through movement plus protecting us from moving incorrectly preventing injuries. I highly recommend Michelle who actually teaches the Masters Classes - she is patient, knows the technical aspect, and as a student of Pilates I want to move through each series with precision so I get the mind-body connection needed for strength, growth and physical fitness. There is not one instructor I would not take a class from here at South Providence or Strawberry Hill- these instructors are some of the best in the business!!
Excellent reflexology experience! Broke my ankle a few months ago and had surgery. Karen was sensitive to avoid putting pressure near my surgical site and delivered a totally relaxing experience. Finished feeling relaxed, more mobile in my surgical leg and “encouraged” by her wisdom.
Julie Fisher is an unusually gifted body worker. I think of Julie as The Body Whisperer...she is firstly, however, a Body Listener. Julie's approach isn't your typical Hand and Stone Swedish style massage or anything else I've ever heard of or had done. Rather, Julie's approach to healing is gentle, noninvasive and intuitive--the expression of an extraordinary natural born and Godgiven gift. While my pain briefly increases afterwards as my body performs it's healing work, the next day is transformative. Sensing a quickening in my heart, I emerge like a butterfly as if from an invisible cocoon. I came to Acu Bodywork for a condition that has been bothering me for almost 11 months now. It is a warm, welcoming atmosphere. After my first treatment session here I felt a little better and for about one hour it seemed easier to hold my head up in a normal position. Yadi and Joi are both very knowledgeable and willing to help. They answered all my questions I have had so far and helped me understand my treatment. After 4 reflexology sessions I became convinced that I finally found out the way to get healthy again. I am sure my cervical dystonia will go away. Moreover Yadi is teaching me how to take care of my diet. I am also convinced that pretty soon my cholesterol levels will come down to normal levels. So not only my main health issue will disappear but also other health issues are taken care of. I am glad I found you, Yadi and Joi! So I am also grateful that my neighbor Heather was persistent in sending me to Acu Bodywork. Yadi is a fabulous health care professional and a fabulous person!

Loved the ease of access parking and location of MH Oakhurst. Entire staff was extremely friendly and the entire vibe and decor of this place is peaceful and relaxing. They have still and sparkling water on tap, great lounge/waiting area, music options in your private sauna room. They provided towels, robe, hair ties, makeup removing towelettes, cold essential oil towels for after the sauna (the thoughtful details really made the experience standout). Massage service was professional and very relaxing. Moon was lovely and I highly recommend for a deep tissue. Very excited to have them in the Oakhurst area and close to home for me!
Adrienne is extremely talented and thorough. I found her after experiencing a very painful impingement in my shoulder, which she was able to help significantly improve in relatively short order. I've had the opportunity to work with a variety of massage therapists over the years, and Adrienne is absolutely top notch. There is a reason why her schedule is very full, she is excellent!

Jill is absolutely amazing! To start, she is such a nice person. It is incredible what her rolfing sessions can do in a short amount of time. I have been seeing her off and on for years now for my posture, neck and shoulder issues. There is zero pain or discomfort. She has a very comfortable space. I have never felt that any session was rushed or that my treatment was incomplete when I walked out the door.
I have seen results at times in one session, others in a small hand full. This to me is unreal after having spent years doing massage therapy, chiro, PT, stretching, etc. with only limited and short lived results (if any at all).
I would absolutely recommend Jill. She is fantastic and the results will speak for themselves.

I have been going to Complete Rehab in Gastonia for more than a year now. First part for my back and now for Total Knee Repair surgery. I have always felt relaxed when I go for treatment. Except for the pain of course. These folks are the best to go to if you want excellent care. My therapists, Rebecca and Shaughnesy, are really great. They work to put together the best exercises for me after my surgery. When I ask any questions, they explain the answers so I can understand and sometimes, if needed, show me pictures so I can see what it looks like for a better understanding. They are both patient with me and get it that the pain is so bad. They have a way of gently talking to me to ease my fears. That shows me their compassion for my issues and tears. Even when they have to get a little touch. These young ladies I have never forgotten from the beginning. And I won't ever.
I have battled with low back pain since I was 25. I went to Deb to help with stretching my legs, back and shoulders. She really helped with my mobility and eased my pain. Thanks for all of your help!!!
Fight back is the best physical therapy clinc in the charlotte area and its not close. I had been to multiple before going to Fight back and seeing Brandon... The others before would just give me exercises to do and send me on my way. Brandon was very knowledgable and was able to hone in on the issue and treat it will a combination of dry needling, cupping, and exercises. I feel just as good now as i did before my surgery and i owe a lot of that to Brandon
I just had my first experience with Dr. Kim for acupuncture treatment and it was amazing. I have quite a few health issues, but the one great feeling that stood out the most for me was my energy went through the roof, and I started moving like an energize bunny getting lot's of project completed the next day. Also, I have osteoarthritis in my left knee and the daily pain is usually excruciating, but felt less painful two days later. I am looking forward to my upcoming visits at Evergreen Acupuncture & Herbal Clinic of Charlotte. Big Thank You to Dr. Kim and his Wonderful Staff!
Great venue for Traditional Chinese Medicine, at affordable rates. I would know, I have a TCM, 4 yr Master of Science in Oriental Medicine, and Chinese Herbology. I receive acupuncture every week - which I absolutely need and look forward to! The proof of efficacy stands out when I am not consistently scheduled weekly due to work or travel. Invariably, when this lapse in consistent care occurs, I might feel out of balance, or lacking focus, or my health issues might seem a little more pronounced, etc. I’ve received treatments from all of their TCM Master degreed practitioners, and love them all -
I do not have enough positive things to say about Inner Peace and working with Dr. Wei. I truly believe that the reason I am pregnant with my second child is solely related to working with Dr. Wei and her expertise. As originally a skeptic, I became convinced that the acupuncture was changing and balancing my hormones when my skin miraculously cleared up and my digestion immediately improved. If you are even thinking about potentially trying acupuncture to help with fertility, then I HIGHLY recommend Inner Peace!
I met Wendy 3 years ago at a retreat, my therapist and her coordinate. My heart feels warmed with her presence, she is very sweet and kind. I attended a second retreat with them and look forward to another one in the future. There’s many new things I experience with Wendy like her restorative yoga at the last retreat. He makes sure that the driving experience is safe and you are improving on your weaknesses. He took me to interstate to boost up my confidence and also made my lessons very productive.He is the best driving instructor in town.
Chett and Alana are incredible! Don’t look anywhere else to get your child ready for their permit! They had my daughter THOROUGHLY prepared with in class teaching and a 200 question practice test! She just took her permit test today and only missed 1 question. They are both great class and on the road instructors and just kind people overall. My daughter had so much fun each week in her lessons with them and can not say enough good fantastic things about them! You won’t regret it!
We had a fantastic experience with Jordan Driving School when my teenagers, aged 15, attended their classes (2022-2023). Their instructor was Tommie Lockhart. The classes took place at Olympic High School, and their behind-the-wheel practices were at Palisades HS. From the enrollment process to the moment they received their permits, everything went flawlessly. I would highly recommend them.
I started with 160 Driving Academy in May, 2024. I loved it.. I never had any prior experience before driving a semi truck. I thought the management was great. The instructors will work with you to achieve your goal in driving. A very family oriented environment and they made you feel very welcome. I would highly recommend this school if anyone is considering getting a CDL license and wanting to make more money and change careers or start something new. My advice to anyone reading this would be to take the initiative first step and go for it. Take this journey! Best Regards.
