The process was seamless, pickup and delivery. I had three rugs cleaned, two with pet stains. The third was over 20 years old. All three rugs returned in pristine condition. The oldest rug looked like I just bought it. The colors were perfect. It was amazing to see this rug had a new life. I smile every time I walk past it. Getting my oriental rug cleaned at Bob’s was an easy and great experience. The rug was small enough that I could put it into the car and take it to meet the driver at a convenient location. Bob’s texted me with updates during the cleaning process and the rug looked very clean when I got it back. Thanks Bob’s!
This is one place that truly lives up to it's rating. They did an excellent job! Everything he said he would do he did. He had the carpet not only cleaned and delivered in less than two weeks He gave us some cute pouches as a gift. I highly recommend them!
