Ms Mary D gave us a critical review on Jan 2021. We were contacted by another restoration company, to provide our personal and professional opinion of the installation of a wood floor. Upon the President of the company inspecting said floor, he found some damage to the floor, but not anything that couldn't be repaired. This was the professional opinion of a person that has been in every level of the flooring business for 40 years, from installation to administration. We did work for Ms Shantell Browns Landlord, she sent us to install carpet for Ms Brown which we did. Ms Brown wanted us to change a transition, that we did not install and had nothing to do with our installation. The first time we went to Ms Browns she was not available, we rescheduled and went back and tried to accommodate Ms Brown flooring needs. Ms Browns landlord was happy with our work and continues to use GA carpets are her complex.

Trey Shoemakers initial post was a clear misunderstanding on his part. Initial post was made on Oct 2021, and after conversing with Mr Shoemaker, he re post a comment about our services, under Trey S On Nov 2022. Mr Shoemaker and Georgia Carpets are on great terms.
