Cyrenne was wonderful to work with. She walked me through everything and took away all of my anxiety about the process. I’m looking forward to these new floors in our rental & thankful we found carefree carpets!

I could not be more pleased with how our runner turned out, and the wow-factor it added to our entry way! Everyone we worked with was great...Mike, Cyrenne, and Robert. The whole process was made easy with their team. They felt out what kind of style I preferenced, and used their expertise to guide me to options that would look good with our living space and hold up with our family lifestyle. I never realized the pop that a runner could add, but it certainly has brought that to our home.

We had such a good experience with Carefree Carpets. Robert and Cyrenne were wonderful to work with, and it was easy to get samples and an estimate.I was very eager to get new carpet installed, and we had it all done super quickly. We are over the moon with the final product--the installers did a great job, and it looks fantastic and feels so plush. It is such a nice home upgrade, in both look and feel. We will definitely go with Carefree Carpets again when it's time for another floor upgrade.
