I recently visited the Lash Lounge in Charlotte, the customer service was amazing and friendly. My lash tech, Kenya W. was very helpful and knowledgeable about what lashes would fit my eye correctly.
Kenya did my brow lamination, brow tint and lash lift...I am amazed! I didn't realize how much brow I actually have! She did a great job, was super friendly and knowledgeable...I will definitely be rebooking with her!
I got my lashes done for the first time by Bridget. She was so friendly and amazing. She made me feel very comfortable as this was my first time. All of the staff were very nice. The environment is very relaxing. Definitely coming back again.
