Katie and her team are amazing, especially when it comes to supporting patients with relatively unique and long-term needs, such as serious injuries/reconstruction, vertigo, and even as a form of palliative care for cancer patients. The one-on-one descriptor is truly 45 minutes with your PT. You are not sharing your time with other clients like some of the bigger outfits around town. My experience has been life changing for the better! Thanks to Katie and all her team for the important work that they do. We will never take our family any place else as long as we live in the area.

Been going here for about 6 months or so and seeing PT Meghan. The customer service and care given have been very exceptional. I feel in good hands and my shoulder is recovering great. Meghan also specializes in dry needling which has have produced great results. All the staff are all smiles and everyone treats you well. Definitely recommend going here!

I injured my back working out some time ago and never bothered trying to figure out what was wrong. I finally gave up on dealing with the pain and the inability to work out. Madison, at Charlotte One on One, has been patient, understanding and incredibly knowledgeable about what I've been doing incorrectly all of these years. It's been about a month now and I am seeing results which are allowing me to get back to the gym without fear of reinjuring myself. I'm looking forward to even more progress.Thank you.
