I am out of town and I was searching for a place to get my nails done in Charlotte. I stumbled upon Crystal Nail Bar, and I am so happy I did! I have never had such amazing customer service at a nail salon. I was greeted immediately and offered a drink (I choose Chardonnay). James gave me an acrylic fill, and he was accurate and methodical and made sure that I was happy every step of the way. The salon is impeccably clean and well laid out. I will return any time I am in Charlotte!

James and Rosie are amazing. First time here and treated me like royalty. Pedicure and massage were better than most around. Nails were awesome and I am difficult at deciding! Definitely coming back.

Came in today for a pedi. I was taken care of immediately. The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. Kate was awesome. My toes and feet look great. The prices were reasonable and well worth it. Will be a repeat customer!Service: Pedicure
