I am a massage therapist that noticed a change in one of my clients about two years ago while working on her (as soon as I touched her). She had started to see Jill. I had not been to a Rolfer in years but knew I needed to see her. My job and life had left me in a lot of pain and I was loosing mobility, especially in my neck. I am happy to say that my last session I could say I don't have pain anymore. Now we are just keeping things in good working order. I can't thank her enough. Working with Jill was transformative, and not just on a physical level. Jill changed how I walk through the world and gave me greater certainty about the path I want to pursue. She is a gift to anyone who chooses to work with her.

It has been a while since my last visit, but I would recommend Jill if you're looking for someone who genuinely looks at you and your issues, not what she thinks your issues should be. She gave me a piece of advice that I haven't heard from anyone else and I keep it in my mind each and every time I do core work. I hope to visit her again soon (I struggle with limited time and money), but I think a visit to her is money well spent.

Rolfing Structural Integration is a methodology and philosophy of postural realignment to rebalance the body in the gravitational field so that like any architecture it can be supported vs burdened. Working with the fascia, the connective tissue matrix, we sculpt the restricted tissue back where it belongs to restore order, function, freedom of movement, and comfort. In the process of restoring muscular and tissue balance we inadvertently establish/restore optimizing levels of function and well-being rather than merely fixing whichever bits acutely hurt.
