My experience with Gerard was beyond great he was an excellent!!!! He has the best personality! I am definitely rating with a 10. He was super pleasant, gentle, very easy to talk to about my concerns and very knowledgeable about people like me that had hip replacements. He gave me homework and was very encouraging. I am now trying to work this service into my budget so I can follow up with him monthly because I need it and the way I was treated.Thank you Constance Mitchell!

Just finished a 50 minute intro stretch with Trinity. It did realize how much better I felt until walking out to my car. I feel so much better than before I came today. I’m very active but never stretch…and my body needed this! Trinity did a great job of explaining each stretch along the way. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful Experience! I’ve had some knee surgeries in the past. So a lot of things have been limited but after the experience I’m getting a better range of motion. Everyone is very knowledgeable and very professional!
