My experience was just ok. I waited for 50 minutes in the actual room (after waiting room) and no one apologized. Rostan treated my sclero session like one of a million; which did not put me at ease. Overall, I feel like the pricing /cost of services is not transparent at this office. I received a different service quote from another patient (exact same service) and they do not do a good job of explaining the additional cost involved. For the service I received, I also think due diligence was not present. Sclero may be done everyday, all day, but it was my first time. No one asked any extenuating circumstances; which could interfere... like are you taking prednisone....read full review

Great PA checked me over and gave great expert advice. The folks downstairs also recommended some products and didn't try to pressure me into spending money I didn't have.

Dr Rostan and her staff are amazing! She has been my dermatologist since early 2000's. I grew up on the gulf coast and so I visit religiously for my annual skin check, and Ive had cosmetic cosmetic procedures and the results are phenomenal. Her staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.I'm a huge fan of Charlotte Skin & Laser and Dr Rostan
