“I have been coming to Essential Aesthetics for a year now. I moved to Charlotte from New Orleans and I was very hesitant about trying a new laser spa. My consultation with Lori was amazing. She made me feel very comfortable and answered all of my questions. As an African American woman a lot of laser places don’t cater to my skin type. Essential Aesthetics definitely does! For 20 plus years I have suffered with Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS), therefore I have a lot of scar tissue and ingrown hairs. Since starting my laser journey my I don’t get ingrown hairs anymore. My laser technician Faith is spectacular!!! She is so genuine and passionate about what she does. If I have questions or concerns she has no problem answering them. She gives her honest opinion on what services I truly need. Thank you Faith! I can’t wait to get my first chemical peel next week. The front desk staff are extremely friendly and very welcoming. I would highly recommend because Essential Aesthetics!“
