This is my second visit and my first after the pandemic started and I must say her services brought some light and were even better than last time! Sharetta provides stellar customer service, professionalism, knowledge, patience, understanding and concierge level of service that I’ve never experienced before when it came to my Facials. I came in expecting The same high level of service that I received previously. But she went far beyond the stars with my much needed treatment! I had such a great experience with Sharetta atRich Esthetics! Not only was my makeup application amazing, but I also appreciated Sharetta’s professionalism and adherence to COVI9-19 protocols (she wore a mask the whole time). She also gave me products that I should consider for my skincare regime. Sharetta is TALENTED and she made me look amazing! I’ll never go to another artist in Charlotte..she by far is the best.
