I have had Cottage Care, Charlotte for two months. Cleaning once a month. 1st week I had Dana who was excellent and this week I had Julia. Both were excellent workers. I am very happy with Cottage Care Cleaning girls that they sent me to clean my house.

Cottage Care makes it very easy to schedule recurring or special event cleanings. Jessica and Jade did a wonderful job cleaning our current house. We have also used Cottage Care to clean a relative's house prior to it's sale. They are very thorough.Services: Standard cleaning

This team is so courteous when they reach out to you. They truly care about the quality of their service and their relationship with you as a customer. Even the smallest mishaps are met with exceedingly high responsiveness (a coaster was damaged during a cleaning once and they insisted on giving me a discount on my next cleaning…!). If you’re on the fence about even having this service provided for your home, just bite the bullet and do it.
