BK Pilates is the perfect place to support all the mental and physical changes of pregnancy. The focused movement provided my body relief from aches and promoted the physical changes during each trimester.The instructors at BK Pilates provided modifications to promote safety at every stage of pregnancy allowing for continued participation in group classes all the way to 39 weeks pregnant.Thank you BK for supporting both me and my sweet baby girl until she was in my arms
I've been going to BK pilates for a little over 4 months now and its the only workout I've ever been able to stick to. The entire staff is amazing and the workouts stay interesting and challenging. love love love it here (extra points for the studio dogs)
I’ve been going to BK since last July, immediately fell in love with it! It’s the perfect workout and I saw a change in not only my body but my mindset in weeks. I love the variety of classes and the small class sizes. The instructors make it a supportive, inclusive and fun environment, no class is the same but they are all awesome!
