Love my weekly pilates classes at Iron Butterfly! Lindsay and Sarah are great instructors. The class has really helped with my mobility and recovery after surgery. Anyone new to Pilates this would be a good studio to try. Very friendly, clean and intimate classes that challenge your mind and body!

I love Iron Butterfly! Wonderful instructors, all the equipment you could dream of and a great atmosphere. The private classes tremendously helped me get my range of motion back after my knee surgery. Highly recommend!

All of the instructors are extremely skilled, supportive, and knowledgeable. Each class is well-choreographed and just the right level of challenge. Iron Butterfly has been such an important part of my journey to build strength and improve my overal health!
