Dr. Baucom made both our dog Dexter and all of the family feel welcomed and safe from the greeting. She was extremely thorough and it was obvious that she studied our extensive questionnaire we completed ahead of time. She was very empathetic and caring. We left feeling very hopeful that we are finally going in the right direction with Dexter.

We had a wonderful experience in trainer Kelly’s adolescence class! She helped us learn so much about our dog’s development and personality as well as how best to communicate with him. The small class size allowed for a very individualized approach which was so helpful when it came to “homework” assignments between sessions and further training work after our class was over.

Dr. Maggie and all of the staff are incredible! They really changed mine and my dog’s life. Everyone is knowledgeable, empathetic, and so kind. You can tell they love what they do. I would recommend this office for all of your behavior and training needs!
