Outstanding! Matt did a great job explaining the process, and as he and I did the walkthrough of my house he pointed out areas where I could save money. Matt was very honest and didn’t try to sell me anything extra. If anything, he saved me money. He cleaned all of the carpeted areas in my entire house, including the stairs. He took special care of the high traffic areas and eliminated pet stains and odors. When he was finished it looked so wonderful I didn’t want to walk on it. Trust me, if you want your carpets exceptionally cleaned then Carolina Carpet Solutions is the only choice.
Michael arrived on time, Educated us on what he was going to do. He explained everything in good detail. Set expectations. Very happy with results of our cleaning and appreciated the professionalism.
I am extremely pleased with the work done by Carolina Carpet Solutions. He arrived exactly on time and was very thorough, extremely polite and most importantly got the cat urine out of my brand new sofa! Carpets look amazing too! Drying time was minimal will definitely use their services again!
