The staff was very processional, extremely loving with my dog. Everyone there were helpful & kind, understanding, explained all options & treatment. I was very satisfied & glad I choose that facility.

I found my outside cat with a wound in between his shoulder blades that was bleeding this morning. I goggled urgent vets near me and decided to take Barney to UrgentVet in Ballantyne. You can set up your appointment by choosing a time to show up, which is very convenient and efficient. Once you're there, you sign in on a kiosk and wait in the lobby. The vet tech was very professional handling Barney and taking notes for the doctor. The doctor came out to examine Barney and told me the procedure that they would take to help him. This place was AMAZING!!!I came home from work at 5pm to discover my dog had gotten into the pantry and tore into a 5 lb tub of chocolate protein powder.My vet had already closed, I called Pet Poison control and they researched the ingredients in the powder + my dogs weight and age and the amount I guessed she had eaten. They suggested I proceed to an emergency vet and assigned me a case #.When I got to Urgent Vet, all I had to do was give them the case number and they took her back right away and triaged her.
