Raquel is absolutely fanFREAKINGtastic! She was so kind and accommodating from start to finish with my appointment. She made sure to take time to understand my hair, my struggles with it, what I wanted out of the appointment, and how I wanted it to look. She explained everything she was doing and why and how it will help. She showed me all of the products she use and even gave me a break down of everything I need to do to keep up with my curls. She didn’t pressure me to buy any of her products, but sent me the link to her shop for when I do decide to buy. This is by far the best cut I’ve had since deciding to embrace my curly hair 2 years ago. The shape and styling gave me bouncy curls that are full of volume. Luxurious salon experience. Very detailed, personal styling guide texted to me so there’s no confusion about my routine going forward. Definitely 5 stars.

Raquel is AMAZING. She is so attentive, kind, understanding & talented. She genuinely listens & has such a patient, balanced approach to people learning to take care of their curls. The whole appointment was so intentional & fun, & Raquel goes out of her way to make it a unique & customizable experience.The best part is how much information & understanding of your hair you get to take home. Raquel really takes the time to educate you on your hair type, what it needs, & how to best style it going forward.
