I love this yoga studio! I have been coming here for the last 2 years since I moved to Charlotte, and it is the only yoga studio I go to. The teachers are fantastic! I'm not a fan of hot yoga, and I'm so glad they offer "non hot" yoga, since it seems like every other studio in town typically just offers hot yoga! Sad that I won't be able to go anymore after moving to Philadelphia in a month, but glad I found this place and got to enjoy it for a while!!

I took a deep stretch class here to balance out some of the beginning yoga in circuit training classes I've been doing at other studios. The person at the desk was incredibly helpful and kind and made me feel welcome. Dana my instructor was amazing and her soothing voice made the deep stretch class that much more relaxing and enjoyable. The location in Dilworth is also nice because there's shops and food options around the studio. I walked there from South end because it was a nice day out and spent a little bit of time in the area afterwards because it was so cute. I have not taken other classes here yet but I definitely plan to and highly recommend the studio to yoga...read full review
