Lauren is amazingly talented when it comes to hair and has extensive knowledge about her field. Her hair salon in Southend, Charlotte is always clean and organized. She taught me the differences between balayage, highlights, etc and what haircuts go best with which treatment in order to make the best decision for what I am looking for! Always happy with how it turns out and it's hands down the best hair salon in my area!
Lauren was so incredibly sweet! Super accommodating and she literally matched my hair to my reference photos perfectly. Already have another appt scheduled with her. Would 100% recommend!!
