She made sure to take time to understand my hair, my struggles with it, what I wanted out of the appointment, and how I wanted it to look. She explained everything she was doing and why and how it will help. She showed me all of the products she use and even gave me a break down of everything I need to do to keep up with my curls. She didn’t pressure me to buy any of her products, but sent me the link to her shop for when I do decide to buy. She gave me lots of options of prices and brands that would work.She didn’t just fix my curls, she showed me how to style them and take care of them so they stay beautiful and I am happy with them long term. My curls look so much happier and healthier. I had started to lose hope that my hair would ever look the way I wanted it to again, but Raquel worked her magic and gave me the perfect amount of guidance to keep them look great. “The artists from Beauty Asylum who helped with our wedding (Maddy, Blare, and Marina) were phenomenal. My mom generally doesn’t like how other people do her makeup so we did a trial for her and I and Marina was fabulous. We both liked our hair day of even better than the trial because Marina had been thinking about how to make it better! Our hotel messed up the extra furniture that was supposed to be brought up for the team but the stylists were total professionals and made it work. The bridesmaids all complimented the stylists and their work. We had such a great time getting ready! Beauty Aslyum was one of our favorite vendors we hired and I would highly recommend them to others.“

“You will never be disappointed if you get your hair done at Champagne Strands. I have been going to see Jennifer for years now and she knows exactly what I want every time. I'm not one to do big and crazy changes but if I want my hair chopped or colored a certain way, then I don't want them to hold back. I've been to plenty of hair salons that get scared and then I end up leaving with my hair looking the exact same yet I paid a ton of money. This will never happen with Jen. She listens to what you specifically want and will go over what she's going to do. She's the best of the best and if you live in the Charlotte area you need to go see her!
