I was in a total bind to find someone who could do my hair and my bridesmaids for my Wedding day. I met Aubrey and instantly I knew she was the one for the job. She jumped right in and started taking care of all the things I was totally clueless about when it comes to my hair. I am not a girly girl so I was lost when it came to what to do with my long, thick, natural curls. She fixed me up so well. We met before the wedding for a health trim and she went above and beyond with a hair mask and a bit of color to make me really shine on the big day. Then for the big day she styled an incredible cascading braid. I felt like a queen. My bridesmaids looked amazing. I couldn’t be happier with the care and attention to detail Aubrey took. She saved our day. Would recommend for cuts, coloring and styling. She’s very knowledgeable and was also able to help me come up with a new look for my day-to-day and a new hair care routine that really took my hair type into consideration.

I was booked with Kat and she was fantastic. Really funny, super attentive, and meticulous with her work.
Exactly what I asked for and what I envisioned. And the cost was really reasonable. I'm so over spending $500-$600 on a cut and color.
About 10 minutes into my service I was also offered a hand massage by the esthetician... I was in heaven. I ended up booking a last minute eyebrow and tint with her. Will be booking her for a facial soon!

I have been getting my hair cut and colored by Hair People for over a decade, which lets you know how much I think of the stylists and the management. Cynthia is my usual (very talented) stylist, but her colleagues have filled in for her when circumstances required, and I've never been disappointed. I am frequently complimented on my hair color and cut by total strangers, no small feat when you're at the age where women are routinely ignored. Cynthia listened to me from the beginning, and didn't try to fit me in the box for "women my age." Maree, the owner, is always eager to meet client needs, from providing Covid precautions to juggling schedules for emergencies. The stylists routinely engage in classes to update their techniques. It's a very professional and modern shop with a family feel, and I can't praise it highly enough.

I can’t say enough good things about Ravyn! She is an incredible colorist - she lightened my hair from almost black to a gorgeous brown with highlights in just one session, and I’m loving it. I usually don’t like the in-between stages of going light, but this time it’s perfect and is much less brassy than the previous times I have gone from dark to light. Ravyn’s balayage technique is on point. I’m definitely going to keep lightening it up because it looks so good. Highly recommend her!

I was getting my haircut at several different barbers in Denver for the first year and a half of living here. Pretty much all of them would finish in >20 minutes and I would always walk away just waiting for the “awkward phase” of my hair to go away after a couple weeks. Not to mention all of these subpar haircuts were around $30-$40 BEFORE tip.
I’ve been coming to Rosemont for about 6 months now with Shelby as my barber and I could not recommend her enough as she is one of the coolest barbers I’ve ever had and truly treats her profession as a craft. Every time I leave her chair, I absolutely love my haircut. I believe this barbershop is the epitome of “you get what you pay for,” which is excellence. I was a big fan of the old location but an ever bigger fan of the new one. Looking forward to getting my hair cut regularly here.

I joined glo tan yesterday. I went in today and when I was leaving the tanning booth area the door on bay 4 fell off the tracks and on me! It cut and bruised my thumb I'm assuming from the hardware. The 2 girls who came to help me as I yelled for them said this has happened before. Please fix this issue ASAP.! Someone is going to get seriously hurt! I'm paying $70 !a month for this....I'm not sure I'm I'm going to continue going to your establishment if these things go unchecked.

I was in Denver for a short stay and decided I needed to get a pedicure! I was happy to be able to make a same day appointment at Etoile on a Sunday. Walking in the salon has a great aesthetic. It was busy but still relaxing. All the seats including the waiting area were comfortable. I happened to be booked with Jamie who did a wonderful job. She is a great communicator and checked in throughout the entire process. I super appreciated that she asked if I liked the shape and polish application. I have some rings of fire on my toenails from other nail techs always using the drill and she didn't use one without me even asking! They care about the health of your nails here. One of the best pedicures I've had and still good weeks later!
Was able to get an appt promptly with Jessica. I wanted a very simple GEL-X that was just short and black. Jessica made that happen for a price cheaper than others in the area. Would recommend for a cheap, simple job!

I waited to write this review until I was moving away because I didn’t want everyone to find out how amazing Michaela is and take all her availability! I was never a regular manicure person until I came to her. My nails actually feel stronger and have good shape even after the manicure is removed and she doesn’t use any harsh practices that will damage your nails. She does such great work and is a true artist. Keep in mind she’s a one woman shop so appointments are required, and don’t run late or talk with your hands during the manicure process because she doesn’t deserve that nonsense. I’ll be coming back to see her every time I’m in town!

This is a professional Aveda salon with qualified stylists that know current trends. I met Sarah today, stylist, who gave me a fresh cut to fix my botched cut that I had a year ago at another salon. I haven’t had a good hair day in a year but today I left uplifted and very happy. Sarah listened to my hair drama stories, what I love and hate about my hair, and what my ideal hair cut and style would be and look like. In addition, she gave me a scalp massage with essentials oils as well as a hand and arm massage. This is truly a step above most salons!
I started going to Caitlin through a referral and wanted someone who could transition me from blonde to copper red. I’ve NEVER gone red before and this was a big change for me. I felt so comfortable, was able to thoroughly talk through the process and get exactly what I wanted, as well as some recommendations to maintain the red. The salon itself is also very cute with great products and has a “salon dog” that will keep you company even on your lap. Overall really happy with the transition to a new place.

She is delightfully bubbly, talented and conversation never stops. She gave me the best haircut and highlight that I have had in YEARS. The price is reasonable for getting your hair done in Denver. The location is easy to get to, super clean and cute. I chatted with Javon a little; she has great style and made me feel super welcome. Genuinely liked the aesthetic and they just expanded with a spa that I want to check out. But go to Sierra. ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL.

Ellen is a gem! Keeps the conversation light and entertaining during services! She has incredible precision with eyebrow threading and tinting and took my eyebrows from a 3 to a 10! I receive many compliments from people I don’t know about my brow shape which was over plucked and uneven before I went to her. The staff here are very friendly, the rooms are clean and they provide a great service with fantastic timing! The wait room is very comfortable and aesthetically calming.

I had my eyebrows waxed by Clea today and was blown away by how phenomenal of a job she did! I am new to the Denver area and have been searching for my brow person. Annie is patient and kind, and uses quality products on my sensitive face after explaining everything and giving me the plan for the day. She’ll add in hand massages and a blanket. I have had lash lifts in the past and decided to get another one for my sister's wedding. This was my first time going to this studio. I had a great experience! The aesthetician who did my lashes was very friendly and made me feel comfortable even as a new client. I'm used to having a fair amount of a burning sensation during the process, but I didn't have any of that this time. Over the next couple days, I determined that this was the best lash lift I have ever gotten, plus it was less expensive than the same service at the place I used to go to. Win-win!! I will definitely be back for another lash lift!

I’m so glad she recommended them to me, as I had a great experience there! Cassie was wonderful, did a fantastic job, and left me feeling beautiful and confident for my photos. I appreciated that she gave me a run through of her plan on colors/finish/my preferences at the beginning, and also confirmed things with me throughout such as brow fill, lip color, etc. to ensure I was happy with the progress or suggestions. I really enjoyed chatting with her throughout my hair/makeup time as well, she’s a lovely person. I will definitely return to Candelaria and will recommend them to friends/family in the future.
Above and beyond in every way. I had a 60 minute derma plane service and will definitely be a returning customer. Karly provided a skillful service and is friendly and professional. The products she used during the service are high-quality and my skin left feeling amazing. Before I left, she even put sunscreen on my face and sent me home with a sample of one of the products. The location is ideal in uptown very close to downtown or the Capitol Hill neighborhoods. The studio is in a really cool building that was renovated from a historic home into business/office space. She is currently located on the third floor. Everything in her studio was immaculately clean, and I am confident that she upholds the highest of hygiene and safety standards. When I arrived, I was greeted warmly and offered water/sparkling water before my service. 10 out of 10 would recommend

As an adult with acne prone skin, previous acne scarring, lost on product knowledge (what to do or where to go), etc! I thought I tried everything before meeting Lyndie and getting treatments by her. Lyndie has completely transformed my skin! She is SO knowledgeable and has taught me SO much about properly caring for my skin in all aspects. I have done literally all the treatments with her (microneedling, laser, facials, dermaplane, etc) I can now say I wear no makeup everyday (besides sunscreen), and my face is glowing, radiant, wrinkle free and I have never had more confidence all because of this amazing Aesthetician Lyndie! Not only does she do a full evaluation of my skin every visit, sometimes we switch up to a treatment more beneficial and it’s not an upsell like you’ll find everywhere else. I always leave with information for at home continued care until my next appointment. Not only is she an amazing aesthetician but also a vault of information on skincare for all types of skin and unique needs! My last peel was phenomenal. I’ve had several peels before and truly never peeled. The results were amazing and I credit it all to Amber’s experience, knowledge attention specifically to my skin.

Skyler was fantastic. I provided him with the theme and a few ideas for what I was looking for and he spent time designing and refining it with me. It ended up being a better design than I could have ever imagined. The shop environment is super clean with great relaxing music so that as I sat there over the course of 5+ hours, the time went by quickly. Skyler explained where he was in the process throughout as I wasn't always sure given the complexity of the piece. Skyler is an amazing artist and I am so pleased with how it came out and would so recommend skyline tattoo to anyone looking for a meaningful and quality experience. Thank you Skyler for making my idea a reality.

Jeremiah is an absolute wizard with the tattoo gun. It took me decades to figure out what I wanted for my 2nd tattoo. I finally found something that struck me and who I am (I am sometimes called the bald santa by my friends and family). Once I got this figured out, I reached out to my good buddy who has numerous tattoos all over his body to get his recommendations. He suggested I check out "Til Death" as "you can't really go wrong there because all of the artists there are top notch". He was spot on. I reached out to Jeremiah because I loved his work and his use of colors just shined. Santa tattoos are not his typical style but he absolutely nailed the design and the tattoo. His attention to detail was superb, his use of colors are amazing (everything just pops), and his shading really show how much of a wizard he is. On top of it all, he is just a very cool guy to talk with and get worked on. I couldn't be happier with my tattoo and am already looking for my next one (I don't want to wait as long for the next one). Jeremiah, you are the best!!

I got a custom piece from Moeh and would recommend him to anyone looking for incredible work! It was my largest piece and first color piece but Moeh went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable each step of the way. He was hugely helpful in designing the piece and took comments very well to help create something I am beyond happy with! He was able to take an embroidered design and translate it beautifully to skin! The entire shop is welcoming, friendly, clean, and professional. Will be returning here with all future tattoos!

Had my daughter's (age 6) ears pierced here and they did a fantastic job and were incredibly kind and communicative, including with her. A couple months later one said was bleeding as after it was accidentally pulled/snagged. We walked-in to see if they could help and were immediately taken care of with the same care and kindness as the first time. I should mention I also had my nose pierced here and had a great experience with that as well. We are lucky to have this gem of piercing/tattoo shop in the neighborhood!

Took me 3 trys with 3 different companys to finally get the drain unclogged. Rooter guy is the 3rd one I called and who got it fixed on the 1st trip instead of needing to come back in 2 days. I cant say enough good things about Eric. My house is old, has wierd plumbing compemented by huge trees all around. The clog wasent where we thought it was, he had to figure out where it was then fix it. He took pics of the plumbing in the crawl space & explained it to me. Price was reasonable, they should have been my first call and will be from now on. Fast responce, excellent customer service, work & value. Highly recommend.
Sasha came out in the snow on a Saturday to fix a minor issue. He wore protective booties over his shoes, and fixed the problem quickly. You’re not going to find a plumbing company with better service than Cap Hill Plumbers.

I was frantic because I was dog sitting and the toilet was literally flooding the bathroom and water was flowing into the hallway. They answered immediately and what should have been an “easy fix” actually exposed a seriously bigger problem (sadly I’m not the owner so I couldn’t say do the repair) but they stayed late and went above and beyond to make sure I was able to use the toilet (and other appliances that use water) until the owner returned. Definitely using them again, especially if I want work done correctly the first time instead of what this home owner did which was literally just the bare minimum causing bigger issues later on :(

I am impressed with the services that Job Done Locksmith provided at my home. I called and the locksmith was at my house within 2 hours and it wasn't an emergency. The locksmith, David, quickly evaluated my needs, gave me an estimate which I was surprisingly low. As a landlord, I have hired many locksmiths in Denver who charged over twice as much for the same services. The next day David came to do the job. David was outstanding. I purchased my current carpet from Ron Schrantz March 2011. It's still holding up great. I was going through some old paperwork and found all of my receipts. Larry and superoofs was great to work with! We had a pretty large project (house, large barn, 3 car detached garage, original barn). They came exactly when they said they would and they were thorough and cleaned up really well. The roofs and gutters look great.
Larry and Nick went to bat 3 times against my insurance company to make sure that insurance covered everything that should be covered. Roberto was our project manager and he too was great! I would highly recommend Superoofs.
CS came by to install a storm door and did a great job. They only took a couple hours, and also took extra time to make the door flush with the frame, despite the frame being slightly warped from age. I'll definitely use CS again.
Such an all-around excellent experience working with The Little Guy Pavers! Needed a beautiful low lying retaining wall at the dead-end of my street, for a flower bed. Our assigned project manager, Jeremy, was friendly and very professional, had insurance and license info ready at hand when asked, produced a reasonable quote, and did great follow up.
The work crew, Freddy and Rigo, were absolutely fabulous.... Neatly and properly dressed, super courtesy while quietly working with the least amount of noise possible, never yelling or blasting music or slamming things around, and they were industrious throughout the day despite the 100 degree heat. These guys were very respectful of the property, demonstrated attention to detail in their work: measuring twice, using levels to make the wall perfect, were careful when moving equipment and product, and when using tools/machinery.
They also cleaned up the job site... cleaner than when they first arrived! They didn't damage any plants, and left not a trace of their presence. With other companies and contractors, I have found water bottle caps, candy wrappers, cigarette butts, trampled flowers, bark kicked out on sidewalks, manufacturer stickers/labels laying around from products used or installed, nails or stains left on various surfaces; but this crew of Little Guy Pavers was just the opposite, and just excellent! We had a deck installed on our house a few years ago. We recently saw that the stair railings were rusting at the bottom. To my surprise the deck company had gone out of business. I was able to find out who made the railings for the deck company. I called the company, ASI, to see if they could do anything to help me. After sending ASI photos of the issue, they confirmed the issue, picked up the railings, made new ones and came back 1 week after pick up to reinstall them.

Mile High recently installed a front garden fence, restored a back garden fence, and made improvements to our back patio area. This is the second time we've hired Mile High, and both times the work has been outstanding. The cost of our projects was reasonable and a good value. I would not hesitate to hire Mile High again, and highly recommend them.
Called and emailed them about irrigation blowouts. The promptly responded (both in email and by phone) to let me know they didn't offer that service, but gave me the name/number of someone who did. Sadly, this qualifies as over-performing in my book. Nowadays it's rare that a contractor/service provider would take the time to even respond to an inquiry that doesn't benefit them. Most Denver contractors are too busy to respond or even show up to bid. I appreciated their response, and would recommend you consider them based on that alone.

Amazing Group of Arborists. Never seen any with this much skill. We had a giant 65 foot double top long needle pine that was literally 6 feet from our foundation and Jeff/crew were able to meticulously remove the tree without any damage whatsoever. Our house was built by the first professor biology at the University of Denver. When we bought the house, I was told the largest white pine in Denver was in the front yard . Many of the trees around the house were planted before 1900. Before working with Paul, we frequently had trouble with limbs falling on powerlines, crushing fences, and other problems. Tree Pros has always done an excellent job of keeping our large trees safe, trimmed and healthy. They also keep our smaller trees and bushes in great condition as well. I'm now officially a second generation customer--my parents have apparently been using them for years and my mom recommended when I needed some evergreens taken down in my back yard. I've been seeing Dr. Litvak for many years. The most professional and comprehensive dental care I've ever had. He mentioned I might have sleep apnea and I got tested and found out that I do! Amazing! Incredible team. I get frequent cleanings, and I've gathered from just being around the office chitchat that they treat a lot of patients who are dentists and dentist's family members. That says a lot about the expert care. Highly recommend!

I came here as a last ditch effort to relieve week long migraines. What I wasn't expecting was a team of Drs who listened to what my life had become accustomed to. After just 1 month of care, I've gone from sleeping 4-5 hours a night to 8-10, after taking a few months off of weightlifting I'm able to lift pain free again for the first time in years, I've had 2 migraines this last month (and haven't had to take my prescribed migraines meds that weren't working anyway), and I've finally been able to put on weight because my stomach isn't automatically upset after eating. I came here looking for just a little pain relief and this office quite literally changed my life. I'm hiking again, I have energy to give back to my pack of dogs, and I'm able to actively spend time with my wife without focusing on GI issues or pain elsewhere in my body.
Just an above and beyond note, as a transgender individual, it was nice to go to a team of Drs that don't make my body pain about hormones. I've never felt out of place, that I don't belong, or misguided here in any way, and that's a big deal for myself and my community.

Started working out and woke up with a wrecked neck and areas of my back. Then come to realize I have been living with these issues for quite sometime. We did X-rays and saw that my spine was slowly losing some of its flexibility and ability to support daily functions. After about 3 months I am standing taller, working out 4 times a week, and can go to bounce houses with my 6 year old. Don’t be fooled you must dedicate yourself or it’s not a life time fix. This is the Dr. to go to if you want true and lasting effects.

I can’t say enough about how good active release is. I have some major issues with my hands and shoulders. After two treatments, there is a significantly noticeable difference and improvement. Dr. Trent Artichocker did a most awesome job at identifying the problem and applying the proper active release technique to address the issues. No exaggeration was like having a miracle worker.
Wow!!! I got the halo laser done last Tuesday by Dr Contreras and his team and it definitely was a great decision. The procedure is not comfortable but his team made me feel comfortable throughout the entire procedure and Dr Contreras was amazing. My skin is only a week out from the procedure but I am so thankful I did it! My skin texture looks 100% better and younger! The office called and checked on me and my progress. I am so pleased with the progress so far!
Rachel Goldstein was really attentive during my appointment, and I felt I was being listened to! She addressed some skin concerns I had as well as give me guidance on skincare products to use to reduce likeliness of problems in the future. She was really awesome!

Recently, I had the first appointment at Washington Park Veterinary Clinic. I am so excited that we can continue to see Dr. Kelsey Davies!! Dr. Davies has been a doctor to my 4 kitties since 2019. Have taken my pets there what seems forever. The staff is welcoming and Dr. Lori and Dr. Scott are experts at what they do. This is a family vet and it is just the 2 doctors. Dr. Scott handles the large animals ( horses, etc.) and Dr. Lori handles the small animals (cats, dogs etc.). At times it is difficult to get an appointment because it's just the 2 doctors. It is always worth the wait because of their experience! I would recommend them to anyone with animals!
WellHaven Pet Health located at Colorado Blvd and Iliff In Denver is a wonderful place to go if you are looking for expert caring and compassionate veterinarians and staff who will give their best to your furry friend. I have dealt with all of the veterinarians there and each one has been outstanding. I recently had to say goodbye to my 10-year-old cocker spaniel with lymphoma and I also said goodbye to a 16-year-old cat that belonged to my son. I recommend Welhaven without reservation for your pets care.

My dog and I have always had a great experience here. The front desk is SO friendly and somehow they seem to remember every animal that visits this clinic.
Dr. Herman performed Athena's spaying procedure. I was really nervous leaving her there, but she did great. I was so grateful for the before surgery consultation, the midday update from the desk, and when I picked her up she was a bit sleepy, but perfect. She recovered VERY quickly and really didn't ever seem to experience noticeable discomfort.
I have moved out of the area or I'd still be going here, but if I end up moving closer I will for sure be back.
This is without question the best vet I have ever been too. I have seen 3 vets with 2 dogs here. Dr Andy is so kind and compassionate I can’t even put it into words. My 14 year old Yorkie is a very complicated case and Dr Andy took so much time and patience to hear us out and come up with an action plan my wife and I were blown away. My dachshund has seen Dr Llewy and Dr Jeannie both multiple times and they are both outstanding. I will never go anywhere else

In particular, go see Dr Becky Graf if you can! She’s been our vet for more than a decade, and we followed her to Urban Vet. Dr Graf is the kind of person who takes care of your whole family, humans and pets alike. She always explains clearly what’s going on, and every option you have, but also takes into account what’s actually best for your pets quality of life and what you yourself can manage. When I was young and broke, that meant telling me my cats would need to get their teeth cleaned way ahead of time so I could get the money together. Now, with very elderly cats and a basically stable bank account, that’s telling me an invasive procedure might be too hard on their hearts, here’s some gentler options. (She also always calls personally with test results and follow ups to explain them and to plan next steps).
The more knowledgeable and informed we are, the better we can take care of our fur babies. Dr Graf makes sure we’re all working together to give our pets their best lives.
Dr. Spears really cares and is knowledgeable about my dogs and cats. I wouldn't trust anyone else.
Millie my goldendoodle loves getting groomed here. She is happy to go back with her groomer and the cut turns out so good each time. We are so happy with Woofhaus for full grooms and would highly recommend them!
Jen did such a fantastic job with my Australian Shepherd, Theo! Theo was previously groomed at a place that was shut down for mistreatment and I had been nervous about taking him somewhere new. Theo immediately seemed at ease with Jen and was in a fantastic mood when I returned. She was gentle and kind with him and I could tell he was happy to see her again when she met us in the lobby. Sheree is so kind and my cat is feeling so much better after his shave now that the weather is warming up! We had a small miscommunication about bathing him and he accidentally hurt his tooth when she placed him back in his carrier (like most cats, he hates his carrier and hates baths even more.) Sheree is a business owner with INTEGRITY and I couldn’t be happier with how she handled everything!!! Not only did she manage to bathe him, but helped me take care of his injury! I tried the new Glass Facial and my skin felt hydrated, clean and glossy. Everything was so relaxing and for a girl like me that really enjoys more natural treatments this was great.
I've only had one appointment here so far, but Ashley did an amazing job!! I had let my eyebrows grow out for some time to try to fill them back in a bit, and she really listened to what I was looking for and took her time sculpting the perfect brows! I had them threaded, and she also offered to fill them in, which was really nice of her! I appreciated that she asked me how I normally brush my brows too, as sometimes when getting my brows done, they brush them totally differently before trimming etc and it ends up looking weird when I do them at home.
She was very kind and professional (despite my being late and having a little trouble finding the place at first), had a great atmosphere in the studio (so many plants!!), and played relaxing music and was very clear on instructions. I also appreciated that the space was super clean, and that she asks to wear a mask during the procedure and sanitized after I got off the chair before the next client came in! Super reassuring. I'll be back!

DYU is a deep look into everything Yoga is and is not. This program will change the way you look at things in life for the better. I originally came to the YTT because I wanted to teach yoga, but then I learned that teaching is one very small part of yoga. Either way, I feel equipped to be a competitive teacher on the job market because of this program. I was pushed to look at the importance of being intentional when representing yoga. I am very grateful for Derik and Beth who lead this transformation.

I had a beautiful class here through ClassPass. Trevor was so kind and empowering, his guide made the class so easy to experience. I found myself feeling like a comb was being brushed through my hair at the end of the session, I was relaxed and satisfied! Plus it was a great workout. 5
I took advantage of the new student promo and it's the best $22 I've invested in myself. I took two gentle yoga classes, one with Ann as the instructor and the other with Lania. Both were lovely. It was a wonderful way to ease back into exercise, move my body, and take some time for myself. It's clear that the studio itself has fostered a community with its instructors and regulars. I didn't feel intimidated and instead it was a warm and inviting atmosphere, nothing pretentious about it. I look forward to returning.

Very welcoming staff and students. I was brand new to yoga when I attended my first class. The other participants in the class all seemed to know each other but were incredibly helpful at getting me set up. The teacher, Nancy (who was filling in for the day) was excellent at explaining how to transition and set up for each pose. She provided hands on corrections (which I desperately needed) and encouragement. The class (yoga level 1) was manageable and definitely gave me a good stretch. Many props were provided to help achieve different poses. The studio itself is in a bright and airy classroom. There are options to join the class online live which I think is an excellent option. The instructor made sure to engage the online participants and help modify poses based on the equipment they had at their home. Will definitely return
The restorative class Sunday morning was a perfect reintroduction to yoga after not being in practice for too long. Beautiful room, music, instructor very good with readjustments. I’ll be back with a smile.

I’d highly recommend Arc. Taking a remote class can sometimes feel disconnected, but that is NOT the case with Jenna. She instructed us through positions and movements thoroughly and gave amazing descriptions that made me know exactly what to do with my body. Jenna is knowledgeable and made the class fun. 10/10, 5 stars, highly recommend!

Dana is the most wonderful, thoughtful, and knowledgeable instructor. I came to Denver Pilates Movement four months ago with severe neck pain. Dana took the time to understand what was going on and worked with me patiently to get me stronger and more flexible. Today, I am experiencing no pain, and that's all because of Dana and the fabulous people at Denver Pilates Movement. Can't say enough good things about this studio!

All the equipment is clean, in good repair and the studio is immaculate.Likewise, her classes are never dull. She gives complete instruction and is there to help you if your foot is not cooperating with the strap.The client mood in her studio is one of humor and acceptance.Yes, you get a great and challenging workout.Yes, you get to be with other souls that are trying to keep fit and be flexible.Yes, you work at your own pace and if a modification is needed, Sarah is right there to help you. Although, she can usually tell before it gets to that point.Her new location has great parking and is easy to find.You will not be disappointed. She has a very loyal following.
Great studio to come to for traditional reformer Pilates. No parking lot, but street parking is typically plentiful, but be prepared for street sweeping once a month. The instructors are super knowledgeable and helpful when you need to modify for prenatal/postpartum needs (like me!).
It's not easy to just drop in at this studio as there are a lot of regulars and classes book up quickly and far in advance. But once you're on the schedule, this studio is worth your time and money. I highly recommend Kim, Emily, Robin, Alex and Jacque! They are all wonderful!
I have been coming to the Pilates Collective for over a year and I love the atmosphere and classes. I really love going to Natalie’s classes- she has an expertise in reformer, tower, and chair, so no classes is ever the same- I always feel challenged in new ways! She’s also super helpful in accommodating by adjusting for what the students need.
This is a therapeutic concept company that employs company-trained individuals who have a background in Kinesiology and sports whereby they assist individuals in long stretches that help the body stabilize itself, improves circulation, and keeps the body toned. I highly recommend this type of treatment.

I got a myofacial release massage with Ryan and I cannot sing his praises enough. I had a horrible knot in my back that was causing headaches and poor sleep for months and he got it out in one session! I also really appreciate that he talks with you before starting the massage about any places you may not want him to touch. He makes an incredibly safe environment and then works his magic - so much so that I now go see him every month! Highly recommend and have sent friends to him already!

After working with Ryan what would have kept me bedridden for days was just one uncomfortable day. And after seeing Ryan my hips feel so much better and the pain is gone. In January I did the splits while skiing and pulled my hip muscle off the bone. It was a mess. Skiing is my favorite activity and I had several trips this winter I did not want to miss. Limping in pain, I discovered KinetikChain, and my life changed. From the onset, Gary & his team were open, welcoming, and knowledgeable. The first session consisted of us laying out the accident, my current state, and setting my goals to go heli-skiing in 8 weeks. To say Gary is a master PT is not doing him justice. We worked twice a week in the studio, he gave me easy to do and fun homework to do at home, and within weeks I began to see progress. Moral of the story is Gary's voodoo magic (or genius) worked my body into a safe, reliable position, and I was able to make my heli-ski trip! Not only did I make it to the trip, but I shredded that gnar so hard knowing I had the strength and confidence from my time with Gary. I recommend KinetikChain and Gary for anything, and everything. Everyone at Atlas is great! I came here first for some ankle issues and they really helped me get back to my normal hiking and climbing activities. I returned after I tore my ACL and they have been fantastic! They answered all my questions, helped me understand where I should be in my progress, pushed me to reach those goals and celebrated with me. 1 month and few days after surgery and I am hitting 120 flexion, walking up stairs and feeling closer to normal. Thank you everyone at Atlas! I would continue with them if I wasn't moving.

Rhonda is a superb Physical Therapist. She is expert in a range of modalities. What is most impressive and valuable to me, however, is her commitment to heal the whole client. For me she adeptly resolved the knee problem that brought me in - and gave invaluable help in several others. She listens with great care, using both intelligence and intuition to spot even subtle issues to address. She encourages without ever pushing, as other PTs do, and suggests realistic avenues for self-improvements . In my first visit, simply observing my sitting position, she perceived a lower-back issue and suggested a realistic change for me that has transformed that lifelong issue. Plus, Rhonda is a thoroughly engaging and delightful person - it is a privilege to know her.
With the wait time at UCHealth Physical Therapy in the weeks, on recommendation from my son, my wife went to Ashbaugh Center For Therapy for help with severe nerve pain. Bob worked with her and was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and attentive. She is much improved from when she started working with Bob and he will work with us on a preventive plan for the future. I strongly recommend these people to anyone in need of PT. They also did take my insurance.

Came here for a knee injury from training for a trail run race and got fixed up in no time. Dr. Kevin Rodriguez was very knowledgeable and helpful in each session and got me back to shape in three weeks. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely coming back for future PT needs.

The therapists at South Valley Physical Therapy are leaders in their field. I know the owner and she is fantastic. I’ve known one of their therapists for many years and I’m personal friends with her family, as well. They really know what they are doing and are such a specialized group. If you have been referred to them, don’t hesitate. 5 out of 5 real stars from a true review!
If you also had Anthem suddenly start charging your appointments here as outpatient/not covered, keep filing grievances! It took 8 months but this has finally been resolved. Unfortunately I will never go back to this clinic because of this, but they were great otherwise.
I have had great success with the PTs here (Morgan and Kaitlyn) as well as their massage therapist, Scott. They take a look at the bigger picture and have a well rounded approach to healing. So grateful I have found them, I now have a positive outlook toward my healing and a thriving future.
Josh and John are really good at everything they do. Josh makes my appointments and is a very kind hearted man. Sometimes I forget to make my future appointments and he works me in somehow some way. John is my PT , but he's so much more than just my therapist. He let's me vent and helps me problem solve my personal and work issues, because im dealing with bad TBI. He's a very positive part of my life. He always has me in better spirits by the time I'm done with my appt.
I recently had a partially torn rotator cuff injury and was sent to CACC in Lowry for physical therapy. Everyone there was extremely helpful and I would highly recommend them. I’m now pain-free and don’t have to undergo therapy thanks to successful physical therapy.
I went here for help with tennis elbow that had gotten really painful in my arm. Within one session with Michael, I noticed such a huge difference in how it felt. I was happy to learn that Michael was so easily able to treat more sports related types of pain in addition to traditional acupuncture. I’ll be coming back for any type of tightness and pain I have again ongoing. Professional and great experience at Uptown Accupuncture!

What even is this place? I walk in thinking I'm just going to get acupuncture, first time ever btw, and I walk out like a new person with awe in my heart and relief in my back. I've been to a lot... A LOT of massage therapists and body workers. We've been working on some kind of relief for my body for the past three years. After regular massages, it still wasn't enough to release the tension. I've tried chiropractors too and that helped for the bones but not really the pain and irritation. Taylor was so kind. I was nervous just because I've never done it before but she made me feel so much more at ease and confident in her practice. There was this one moment where it felt as though there was shift in the way my muscles existed and shortly afterwards it set in that I actually felt better. Way better than I've ever felt before. I definitely think there's more to be done with my back, I've always struggled with tension there, but I cried walking back to my car when I was able to identify felt how much relief was lifted. Highly recommend. It's so worth it.

Rocio is simply AMAZING. There's really no better way to describe her. She's attentive, patient, caring and such a great professional. She really understands my concerns, advises me what is the best treatment plan and explain in great detail all of it every single time. She will be totally honest if she thinks acupuncture or cupping is the best for you that day, and will be very mindful about all your needs and concerns.
