I just wanted to post a review to share my amazing experience with Alpaca Roofing, specifically Guillermo. Not only am I impressed with the level of education (PhD), but with how he earned my trust. This is sadly a business where there is not a lot of that. They can easily tell the every day homeowner they need tens of thousands of $ of work and we’re at their mercy. I had concerns about needing a new roof, as well as structural issues in the crawl space. He checked everything out, including go through the entire teeny crawlspace, and let me know everything was fine. There was a small issue with a vent in my roof, which would be like, a $500 fix, but his suggestion was to just leave it, it wasn’t causing any issues, critters couldn’t get in, it was merely cosmetic and unseen unless you’re on the roof or footing a drone over it.
I have repeatedly been screwed over by contractors, landscapers, etc, and it was SO refreshing to find a company with integrity and high standards for honestly, work ethic, and customer satisfaction. Communication was quick, clear, and respectful. Look no further, I definitely won’t!

I was booked with Kat and she was fantastic. Really funny, super attentive, and meticulous with her work.
Exactly what I asked for and what I envisioned. And the cost was really reasonable. I'm so over spending $500-$600 on a cut and color.
About 10 minutes into my service I was also offered a hand massage by the esthetician... I was in heaven. I ended up booking a last minute eyebrow and tint with her. Will be booking her for a facial soon!

I was in a total bind to find someone who could do my hair and my bridesmaids for my Wedding day. I met Aubrey and instantly I knew she was the one for the job. She jumped right in and started taking care of all the things I was totally clueless about when it comes to my hair. I am not a girly girl so I was lost when it came to what to do with my long, thick, natural curls. She fixed me up so well. We met before the wedding for a health trim and she went above and beyond with a hair mask and a bit of color to make me really shine on the big day. Then for the big day she styled an incredible cascading braid. I felt like a queen. My bridesmaids looked amazing. I couldn’t be happier with the care and attention to detail Aubrey took. She saved our day. Would recommend for cuts, coloring and styling. She’s very knowledgeable and was also able to help me come up with a new look for my day-to-day and a new hair care routine that really took my hair type into consideration.

I have been getting my hair cut and colored by Hair People for over a decade, which lets you know how much I think of the stylists and the management. Cynthia is my usual (very talented) stylist, but her colleagues have filled in for her when circumstances required, and I've never been disappointed. I am frequently complimented on my hair color and cut by total strangers, no small feat when you're at the age where women are routinely ignored. Cynthia listened to me from the beginning, and didn't try to fit me in the box for "women my age." Maree, the owner, is always eager to meet client needs, from providing Covid precautions to juggling schedules for emergencies. The stylists routinely engage in classes to update their techniques. It's a very professional and modern shop with a family feel, and I can't praise it highly enough.

I was getting my haircut at several different barbers in Denver for the first year and a half of living here. Pretty much all of them would finish in >20 minutes and I would always walk away just waiting for the “awkward phase” of my hair to go away after a couple weeks. Not to mention all of these subpar haircuts were around $30-$40 BEFORE tip.
I’ve been coming to Rosemont for about 6 months now with Shelby as my barber and I could not recommend her enough as she is one of the coolest barbers I’ve ever had and truly treats her profession as a craft. Every time I leave her chair, I absolutely love my haircut. I believe this barbershop is the epitome of “you get what you pay for,” which is excellence. I was a big fan of the old location but an ever bigger fan of the new one. Looking forward to getting my hair cut regularly here.

I joined glo tan yesterday. I went in today and when I was leaving the tanning booth area the door on bay 4 fell off the tracks and on me! It cut and bruised my thumb I'm assuming from the hardware. The 2 girls who came to help me as I yelled for them said this has happened before. Please fix this issue ASAP.! Someone is going to get seriously hurt! I'm paying $70 !a month for this....I'm not sure I'm I'm going to continue going to your establishment if these things go unchecked.
EDIT - received a call from a manager within 6 hrs. Issue was taken care of. I appreciate their prompt response. Changed my rating from 2 to 5 stars.

I was in Denver for a short stay and decided I needed to get a pedicure! I was happy to be able to make a same day appointment at Etoile on a Sunday. Walking in the salon has a great aesthetic. It was busy but still relaxing. All the seats including the waiting area were comfortable. I happened to be booked with Jamie who did a wonderful job. She is a great communicator and checked in throughout the entire process. I super appreciated that she asked if I liked the shape and polish application. I have some rings of fire on my toenails from other nail techs always using the drill and she didn't use one without me even asking! They care about the health of your nails here. One of the best pedicures I've had and still good weeks later!
I waited to write this review until I was moving away because I didn’t want everyone to find out how amazing Michaela is and take all her availability! I was never a regular manicure person until I came to her. My nails actually feel stronger and have good shape even after the manicure is removed and she doesn’t use any harsh practices that will damage your nails. She does such great work and is a true artist. Keep in mind she’s a one woman shop so appointments are required, and don’t run late or talk with your hands during the manicure process because she doesn’t deserve that nonsense. I’ll be coming back to see her every time I’m in town!
Was able to get an appt promptly with Jessica. I wanted a very simple GEL-X that was just short and black. Jessica made that happen for a price cheaper than others in the area. Would recommend for a cheap, simple job!

I had a super relaxing mani/pedi! I thought the pricing was extremely reasonable for the amount of “extras” you get (my pedicure included a longer massage, peppermint lotions, a keratin foot soak, and callous removal). I also love that they do your manicure in a super comfy recliner chair! It did take about 2 hours, but I wasn’t in a rush. At 37 weeks pregnant I was much more comfortable here during my service than I am at other salons with the tables for manicures. I highly recommend this place, especially for anyone who is pregnant! I’ll be back.

This is a professional Aveda salon with qualified stylists that know current trends. I met Sarah today, stylist, who gave me a fresh cut to fix my botched cut that I had a year ago at another salon. I haven’t had a good hair day in a year but today I left uplifted and very happy. Sarah listened to my hair drama stories, what I love and hate about my hair, and what my ideal hair cut and style would be and look like. In addition, she gave me a scalp massage with essentials oils as well as a hand and arm massage. This is truly a step above most salons!
I started going to Caitlin through a referral and wanted someone who could transition me from blonde to copper red. I’ve NEVER gone red before and this was a big change for me. I felt so comfortable, was able to thoroughly talk through the process and get exactly what I wanted, as well as some recommendations to maintain the red. The salon itself is also very cute with great products and has a “salon dog” that will keep you company even on your lap. Overall really happy with the transition to a new place.

The location is easy to get to, super clean and cute. I chatted with Javon a little; she has great style and made me feel super welcome. Genuinely liked the aesthetic and they just expanded with a spa that I want to check out. But go to Sierra. ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL.

However, after coming across Wild Kitty (and reading the reviews) I booked an appointment with Josie. She was great! I was brought back at my appointment time, she was very friendly and sweet through the whole appointment. My arms feel great, and the whole experience was amazing. I will be a regular customer!

I've been going to Abbey to get my eyebrows shaped and tinted for over 1.5yrs, and intermittent facials. I'm moving, and having to say goodbye to Abbey and this business is one of the things I'm saddest about! Abbey does such a fantastic job, and it is a really pleasant space to be in. I have had lash lifts in the past and decided to get another one for my sister's wedding. This was my first time going to this studio. I had a great experience! The aesthetician who did my lashes was very friendly and made me feel comfortable even as a new client. I'm used to having a fair amount of a burning sensation during the process, but I didn't have any of that this time. Over the next couple days, I determined that this was the best lash lift I have ever gotten, plus it was less expensive than the same service at the place I used to go to. Win-win!! I was referred to Mile High Modern Beauty by my waxing aesthetician before moving to Florida. My eyebrows are very sparse & drawing them in all the time wasn’t cutting it anymore specially because I play a water sport and love being in water so drawing them in wouldn’t last. I went for an eyebrow consultation and met Oxana. At the consultation, Oxana was very knowledgeable, answered any questions I had, the studio was very clean, and she drew what my eyebrows would look like if I proceed with the permanent eyebrow procedure. During my appointment for the eyebrow procedure, I was even more impressed with Oxana. Oxana was very detailed in doing my eyebrows, making sure the measurements were perfect, and cared for my skin well while doing the procedure. I am so happy with my permanent eyebrows! I appreciated that she gave me a run through of her plan on colors/finish/my preferences at the beginning, and also confirmed things with me throughout such as brow fill, lip color, etc. to ensure I was happy with the progress or suggestions. Skyler was fantastic. I provided him with the theme and a few ideas for what I was looking for and he spent time designing and refining it with me. It ended up being a better design than I could have ever imagined. The shop environment is super clean with great relaxing music so that as I sat there over the course of 5+ hours, the time went by quickly. Skyler explained where he was in the process throughout as I wasn't always sure given the complexity of the piece. Skyler is an amazing artist and I am so pleased with how it came out and would so recommend skyline tattoo to anyone looking for a meaningful and quality experience. Jeremiah is an absolute wizard with the tattoo gun. It took me decades to figure out what I wanted for my 2nd tattoo. I finally found something that struck me and who I am (I am sometimes called the bald santa by my friends and family). Once I got this figured out, I reached out to my good buddy who has numerous tattoos all over his body to get his recommendations. He suggested I check out "Til Death" as "you can't really go wrong there because all of the artists there are top notch". He was spot on. I reached out to Jeremiah because I loved his work and his use of colors just shined. Santa tattoos are not his typical style but he absolutely nailed the design and the tattoo. His attention to detail was superb, his use of colors are amazing (everything just pops), and his shading really show how much of a wizard he is. On top of it all, he is just a very cool guy to talk with and get worked on. I couldn't be happier with my tattoo and am already looking for my next one (I don't want to wait as long for the next one). Jeremiah, you are the best!!

My family has worked with Jerry for years with consistently great results. He helped me with a remodel, there was another plumber with a large company that wanted me to make some significant holes in a concrete floor slab that would have costed thousands of dollars, Jerry found a much better solution and he was able to do it in a few hours. I was frantic because I was dog sitting and the toilet was literally flooding the bathroom and water was flowing into the hallway. They answered immediately and what should have been an “easy fix” actually exposed a seriously bigger problem (sadly I’m not the owner so I couldn’t say do the repair) but they stayed late and went above and beyond to make sure I was able to use the toilet (and other appliances that use water) until the owner returned. Definitely using them again, especially if I want work done correctly the first time instead of what this home owner did which was literally just the bare minimum causing bigger issues later on :(

They were great. We have a 100 year old house with the original lock and a key broke off in the lock. Ronnie did an amazing job a few days ago! He got the makeup my wife dropped on the carpet & the pet stains up with ease right in the nick of time. Such an all-around excellent experience working with The Little Guy Pavers! Needed a beautiful low lying retaining wall at the dead-end of my street, for a flower bed. Our assigned project manager, Jeremy, was friendly and very professional, had insurance and license info ready at hand when asked, produced a reasonable quote, and did great follow up.
The work crew, Freddy and Rigo, were absolutely fabulous.... Neatly and properly dressed, super courtesy while quietly working with the least amount of noise possible, never yelling or blasting music or slamming things around, and they were industrious throughout the day despite the 100 degree heat. These guys were very respectful of the property, demonstrated attention to detail in their work: measuring twice, using levels to make the wall perfect, were careful when moving equipment and product, and when using tools/machinery.
They also cleaned up the job site... cleaner than when they first arrived! They didn't damage any plants, and left not a trace of their presence. With other companies and contractors, I have found water bottle caps, candy wrappers, cigarette butts, trampled flowers, bark kicked out on sidewalks, manufacturer stickers/labels laying around from products used or installed, nails or stains left on various surfaces; but this crew of Little Guy Pavers was just the opposite, and just excellent! CS came by to install a storm door and did a great job. They only took a couple hours, and also took extra time to make the door flush with the frame, despite the frame being slightly warped from age. I'll definitely use CS again.

We had a deck installed on our house a few years ago. We recently saw that the stair railings were rusting at the bottom. To my surprise the deck company had gone out of business. I was able to find out who made the railings for the deck company. I called the company, ASI, to see if they could do anything to help me. After sending ASI photos of the issue, they confirmed the issue, picked up the railings, made new ones and came back 1 week after pick up to reinstall them.

Called and emailed them about irrigation blowouts. The promptly responded (both in email and by phone) to let me know they didn't offer that service, but gave me the name/number of someone who did. Sadly, this qualifies as over-performing in my book. Nowadays it's rare that a contractor/service provider would take the time to even respond to an inquiry that doesn't benefit them. Most Denver contractors are too busy to respond or even show up to bid. I appreciated their response, and would recommend you consider them based on that alone.
Mile High recently installed a front garden fence, restored a back garden fence, and made improvements to our back patio area. This is the second time we've hired Mile High, and both times the work has been outstanding. We enjoy working with Tyler as the project manager, and with Steve and his metal working expertise, and with all the excellent crews that work on the projects. The cost of our projects was reasonable and a good value. I would not hesitate to hire Mile High again, and highly recommend them.

We were so lucky to find Omar with “The Toy’s Landscaping & Co.” His pricing is reasonable. We can truly say that the three men work a sold day digging post holes and setting fence post the entire day, only stopping for lunch. The pavers were perfect and the fencing quality was amazing. Im we are now working on zero scaping our front yard.
They were quick to give me a quote, and came 2 days later to repair my patio that was partially tore up from a sewer leak. They worked fast and efficiently. Ended up having to redo the entire patio as it was sloping into my house. Patio looks great now. I will definitely use them again.

Amazing Group of Arborists. Never seen any with this much skill. We had a giant 65 foot double top long needle pine that was literally 6 feet from our foundation and Jeff/crew were able to meticulously remove the tree without any damage whatsoever. They then proceeded to remove 3 other trees for our neighbors that were in similar spots. Professional throughout the whole job and without a doubt fair pricing.
We had DLC Arbor remove an old tree, plant a new tree in its place and treat an Ash tree for the Ash Borer. In each case they were very professional and did everything per the time schedule that was initially provided.
Yesterday, the team of Dan, Ken and Jeff arrived at my home at 8 AM and stayed until 2 PM cutting and trimming dead and overgrown branches off of a 40 year-old silver maple tree as well as two 20 foot blue spruce trees. They did not stop for lunch or took a break.

Our house was built by the first professor biology at the University of Denver. When we bought the house, I was told the largest white pine in Denver was in the front yard . Many of the trees around the house were planted before 1900. Before working with Paul, we frequently had trouble with limbs falling on powerlines, crushing fences, and other problems. Tree Pros has always done an excellent job of keeping our large trees safe, trimmed and healthy. They also keep our smaller trees and bushes in great condition as well. I've been seeing Dr. Litvak for many years. The most professional and comprehensive dental care I've ever had. He mentioned I might have sleep apnea and I got tested and found out that I do! Amazing! Incredible team. I get frequent cleanings, and I've gathered from just being around the office chitchat that they treat a lot of patients who are dentists and dentist's family members. That says a lot about the expert care. Highly recommend!
This review is long overdue, but this is a great dental practice for many reasons. Amanda was more than willing to assist me when I was having issues with my previous dentist. I’ve also had great interactions with Dr. Garrison and Dr. Janda. Highly recommend coming here for all your dental needs.

I came here as a last ditch effort to relieve week long migraines. What I wasn't expecting was a team of Drs who listened to what my life had become accustomed to. After just 1 month of care, I've gone from sleeping 4-5 hours a night to 8-10, after taking a few months off of weightlifting I'm able to lift pain free again for the first time in years, I've had 2 migraines this last month (and haven't had to take my prescribed migraines meds that weren't working anyway), and I've finally been able to put on weight because my stomach isn't automatically upset after eating. I came here looking for just a little pain relief and this office quite literally changed my life. I'm hiking again, I have energy to give back to my pack of dogs, and I'm able to actively spend time with my wife without focusing on GI issues or pain elsewhere in my body.
Just an above and beyond note, as a transgender individual, it was nice to go to a team of Drs that don't make my body pain about hormones. I've never felt out of place, that I don't belong, or misguided here in any way, and that's a big deal for myself and my community.

Dr. Kincaid is the first chiropractor that I've seen regularly and she has been tremendous in helping with my disc/sciatica issues. She has gotten me back to moving after major flareups and helped me with longer term maintenance. I also like how Dr. Kincaid uses a variety of therapies along with back cracking such as dry needling and a very strong massage gun, this makes for quick but highly effective appointments.
I recently started going to Shift Chiropractic in Denver because of lower back pain that was causing pins and needles in my legs and feet, along with muscle fatigue. After just a couple of adjustments, I noticed a significant improvement. Started working out and woke up with a wrecked neck and areas of my back. Then come to realize I have been living with these issues for quite sometime. We did X-rays and saw that my spine was slowly losing some of its flexibility and ability to support daily functions. After about 3 months I am standing taller, working out 4 times a week, and can go to bounce houses with my 6 year old. Don’t be fooled you must dedicate yourself or it’s not a life time fix. This is the Dr. to go to if you want true and lasting effects.

I cannot emphasis enough how much of an impact seeing Ty has had on my life. I’m facing I disk replacement surgery and when I sought out Ty’s help, I was desperate. My left arm had gone totally numb and I had lost most of the muscle that just carrying in grocery’s would tire my arm out. I was panicking, because I have been doing everything I can to stay as healthy as possible until the inevitable day comes that I have to have the surgery. He has been able to get the numbness to subside, and I even have strength back in my arm.I just got this birthday treat from Ty. Little things like these are what separate the decent providers from that ones that actually care about their patients and their health.Highly recommended. Wow!!! I got the halo laser done last Tuesday by Dr Contreras and his team and it definitely was a great decision. The procedure is not comfortable but his team made me feel comfortable throughout the entire procedure and Dr Contreras was amazing. My skin is only a week out from the procedure but I am so thankful I did it! My skin texture looks 100% better and younger! The office called and checked on me and my progress. I am so pleased with the progress so far!

This is without question the best vet I have ever been too. I have seen 3 vets with 2 dogs here. Dr Andy is so kind and compassionate I can’t even put it into words. My 14 year old Yorkie is a very complicated case and Dr Andy took so much time and patience to hear us out and come up with an action plan my wife and I were blown away. My dachshund has seen Dr Llewy and Dr Jeannie both multiple times and they are both outstanding. I will never go anywhere else

Have taken my pets there what seems forever. The staff is welcoming and Dr. Lori and Dr. Scott are experts at what they do. This is a family vet and it is just the 2 doctors. Dr. Scott handles the large animals ( horses, etc.) and Dr. Lori handles the small animals (cats, dogs etc.). At times it is difficult to get an appointment because it's just the 2 doctors. It is always worth the wait because of their experience! I would recommend them to anyone with animals!
My dog and I have always had a great experience here. The front desk is SO friendly and somehow they seem to remember every animal that visits this clinic.
Dr. Herman performed Athena's spaying procedure. I was really nervous leaving her there, but she did great. I was so grateful for the before surgery consultation, the midday update from the desk, and when I picked her up she was a bit sleepy, but perfect. She recovered VERY quickly and really didn't ever seem to experience noticeable discomfort.
I have moved out of the area or I'd still be going here, but if I end up moving closer I will for sure be back.

In particular, go see Dr Becky Graf if you can! She’s been our vet for more than a decade, and we followed her to Urban Vet. Dr Graf is the kind of person who takes care of your whole family, humans and pets alike. She always explains clearly what’s going on, and every option you have, but also takes into account what’s actually best for your pets quality of life and what you yourself can manage. When I was young and broke, that meant telling me my cats would need to get their teeth cleaned way ahead of time so I could get the money together. Now, with very elderly cats and a basically stable bank account, that’s telling me an invasive procedure might be too hard on their hearts, here’s some gentler options. (She also always calls personally with test results and follow ups to explain them and to plan next steps).
The more knowledgeable and informed we are, the better we can take care of our fur babies. Dr Graf makes sure we’re all working together to give our pets their best lives.
Dr. Spears really cares and is knowledgeable about my dogs and cats. I wouldn't trust anyone else.

I am so unbelievably happy I found Woofhaus for grooming. My dog, Rowdy, is a corgi/lab mix and is always shedding like crazy. I looked for 4 years trying to find a groomer who would actually de-shed her and do an amazing job with her nails, teeth, etc. Jayme is the best groomer in Denver hands down. This is Rowdy’s second time with her and we could not be more happy!! I drive all the way from Broomfield because she is THAT GOOD. Also, the staff inside for payment is SO friendly and nice-everyone makes you feel right at home. I cannot recommend this place enough!!

I've only had one appointment here so far, but Ashley did an amazing job!! I had let my eyebrows grow out for some time to try to fill them back in a bit, and she really listened to what I was looking for and took her time sculpting the perfect brows! I had them threaded, and she also offered to fill them in, which was really nice of her! I appreciated that she asked me how I normally brush my brows too, as sometimes when getting my brows done, they brush them totally differently before trimming etc and it ends up looking weird when I do them at home.
She was very kind and professional (despite my being late and having a little trouble finding the place at first), had a great atmosphere in the studio (so many plants!!), and played relaxing music and was very clear on instructions. I also appreciated that the space was super clean, and that she asks to wear a mask during the procedure and sanitized after I got off the chair before the next client came in! Super reassuring. I'll be back!

I took advantage of the new student promo and it's the best $22 I've invested in myself. I took two gentle yoga classes, one with Ann as the instructor and the other with Lania. Both were lovely. It was a wonderful way to ease back into exercise, move my body, and take some time for myself. It's clear that the studio itself has fostered a community with its instructors and regulars. I didn't feel intimidated and instead it was a warm and inviting atmosphere, nothing pretentious about it. I look forward to returning.

DYU is a deep look into everything Yoga is and is not. This program will change the way you look at things in life for the better. I originally came to the YTT because I wanted to teach yoga, but then I learned that teaching is one very small part of yoga. Either way, I feel equipped to be a competitive teacher on the job market because of this program. I was pushed to look at the importance of being intentional when representing yoga. I am very grateful for Derik and Beth who lead this transformation.

Very welcoming staff and students. I was brand new to yoga when I attended my first class. The other participants in the class all seemed to know each other but were incredibly helpful at getting me set up. The teacher, Nancy (who was filling in for the day) was excellent at explaining how to transition and set up for each pose. She provided hands on corrections (which I desperately needed) and encouragement. The class (yoga level 1) was manageable and definitely gave me a good stretch. Many props were provided to help achieve different poses. The studio itself is in a bright and airy classroom. There are options to join the class online live which I think is an excellent option. The instructor made sure to engage the online participants and help modify poses based on the equipment they had at their home. Will definitely return

This isn't a regular pilates studio..it's a community. The focus is on building strength, balance, and rehabilitation. The instructors genuinely care about us. It's especially good for anyone new to pilates. They are great with beginners.

Dana is the most wonderful, thoughtful, and knowledgeable instructor. I came to Denver Pilates Movement four months ago with severe neck pain. Dana took the time to understand what was going on and worked with me patiently to get me stronger and more flexible. I love the Pilates Studio, the classes are great and I especially like Emily’s and Alex’s classes. I appreciate the studio’s model of keeping Pilates affordable; however, classes fill up quickly and it can be difficult to get off the waitlists. You need to book several weeks in advance to get on the schedule.
I have been coming to the Pilates Collective for over a year and I love the atmosphere and classes. I really love going to Natalie’s classes- she has an expertise in reformer, tower, and chair, so no classes is ever the same- I always feel challenged in new ways! She’s also super helpful in accommodating by adjusting for what the students need.

I got a myofacial release massage with Ryan and I cannot sing his praises enough. I had a horrible knot in my back that was causing headaches and poor sleep for months and he got it out in one session! I also really appreciate that he talks with you before starting the massage about any places you may not want him to touch. He makes an incredibly safe environment and then works his magic - so much so that I now go see him every month! Highly recommend and have sent friends to him already!

I was born tight! So thankful for Stretch Lab. Need them in my life; just wish they were also located where we go for the winter. Guess I could do on my own but just not the same as going to Stretch Lab.
Robert is very knowledgeable in his field. He is a very sensitive and intuitive. Robert understands how the body responds to touch and creates a very calming environment to practice his healing talents.
Dr. Ryan is one of the best PT's I have been to. He listens, he problem shoots and he treats, but he also gives exercises that work. I have suffered from headaches and range of motion in my neck for a really long time and after working with Dr. Ryan I am free from my headaches! I appreciate that he thinks outside the box and gives his clients the ability to take ownership for their own healing process.
After receiving care at another physical therapy office, and not achieving the results I wanted, I reached out to Blue Sky Physical Therapy and scheduled a few sessions. From the beginning, Jackie S. started me on some very basic exercises to help build my core strength. Over the weeks and months she built on the difficulty and complexity of exercises. I slowly begin to improve my course strength, which helped relieve my back pain. I would highly recommend Blue Sky Physical Therapy and Jackie S. to anyone who wants to improve their strength and ability.
In January I did the splits while skiing and pulled my hip muscle off the bone. It was a mess. Skiing is my favorite activity and I had several trips this winter I did not want to miss. Limping in pain, I discovered KinetikChain, and my life changed. From the onset, Gary & his team were open, welcoming, and knowledgeable. The first session consisted of us laying out the accident, my current state, and setting my goals to go heli-skiing in 8 weeks. To say Gary is a master PT is not doing him justice. We worked twice a week in the studio, he gave me easy to do and fun homework to do at home, and within weeks I began to see progress. Moral of the story is Gary's voodoo magic (or genius) worked my body into a safe, reliable position, and I was able to make my heli-ski trip! Not only did I make it to the trip, but I shredded that gnar so hard knowing I had the strength and confidence from my time with Gary. I recommend KinetikChain and Gary for anything, and everything. Everyone at Atlas is great! I came here first for some ankle issues and they really helped me get back to my normal hiking and climbing activities. I returned after I tore my ACL and they have been fantastic! They answered all my questions, helped me understand where I should be in my progress, pushed me to reach those goals and celebrated with me. 1 month and few days after surgery and I am hitting 120 flexion, walking up stairs and feeling closer to normal. Thank you everyone at Atlas! I would continue with them if I wasn't moving.
i love the attention that the staff gives you as soon as i open the doctor’s office. i like to joke with them even when they do very well their job. The doctor is very compassionate and the doctor really understand your pains and had manage my medications very well. I own to this team, specially the doctor, the good management of my multiple pains! Rhonda is a superb Physical Therapist. She is expert in a range of modalities. What is most impressive and valuable to me, however, is her commitment to heal the whole client. For me she adeptly resolved the knee problem that brought me in - and gave invaluable help in several others. She listens with great care, using both intelligence and intuition to spot even subtle issues to address. She encourages without ever pushing, as other PTs do, and suggests realistic avenues for self-improvements . In my first visit, simply observing my sitting position, she perceived a lower-back issue and suggested a realistic change for me that has transformed that lifelong issue. Plus, Rhonda is a thoroughly engaging and delightful person - it is a privilege to know her.
I saw Kevin for PT after getting ACL surgery. He was awesome! He continually challenged me by increasing the difficulty of exercises or adding new exercises to my plan to progress my recovery. He was also always very reassuring when I would spiral and start worrying that I had reinjured my knee: he'd test my knee to make sure my acl was still recovering properly to give me peace of mind. He's a really nice dude and great PT. From what I've seen of the other PTs there, they are all top notch. Finally, the office staff are super nice and helpful!
I began working with Dr. Valenta to treat an intermittent shoulder issue that other PTs and trainers had been unable to fully resolve. Her plan of care addressed both the discomfort and the underlying causes so that I could get back to rugby and rock climbing without pain. I have since referred multiple friends and family members to her and we’ve all been thrilled with her attention to detail, knowledge and comprehensive treatments. I cannot recommend Dr. Valenta highly enough if you are searching for a knowledgeable PT, especially one who understands sport-specific demands.

With the wait time at UCHealth Physical Therapy in the weeks, on recommendation from my son, my wife went to Ashbaugh Center For Therapy for help with severe nerve pain. Bob worked with her and was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and attentive. She is much improved from when she started working with Bob and he will work with us on a preventive plan for the future. I strongly recommend these people to anyone in need of PT. They also did take my insurance.

The therapists at South Valley Physical Therapy are leaders in their field. I know the owner and she is fantastic. I’ve known one of their therapists for many years and I’m personal friends with her family, as well. They really know what they are doing and are such a specialized group. If you have been referred to them, don’t hesitate. 5 out of 5 real stars from a true review!
If you also had Anthem suddenly start charging your appointments here as outpatient/not covered, keep filing grievances! It took 8 months but this has finally been resolved. Unfortunately I will never go back to this clinic because of this, but they were great otherwise.
Sarah is an incredible PT and has helped my recovery go very smoothly. Cayla and the other admin staff have been very helpful as well!!. Highly recommend this office for all recovery needs
Josh and John are really good at everything they do. Josh makes my appointments and is a very kind hearted man. Sometimes I forget to make my future appointments and he works me in somehow some way. John is my PT , but he's so much more than just my therapist. He let's me vent and helps me problem solve my personal and work issues, because im dealing with bad TBI. He's a very positive part of my life. He always has me in better spirits by the time I'm done with my appt.
Denver Community Acupunture is such a blessing. The sliding scale makes it possible for people like me to benefit from this healing tradition. Kate, and every Doctor/healer there, really take time to understand where your body and life are, and treat you accordingly. It's always the most profound 30-45 minutes of my week!
I went here for help with tennis elbow that had gotten really painful in my arm. Within one session with Michael, I noticed such a huge difference in how it felt. I was happy to learn that Michael was so easily able to treat more sports related types of pain in addition to traditional acupuncture. I’ve only had a couple of sessions with Wei so far, but it’s already clear that she’s had a lot experience as a holistic doctor. She really listens to your concerns, and I felt genuinely heard when discussing my issues. Unlike some practices that only offer half hour treatments, Wei ensures you receive a full hour, which significantly impacts the effectiveness of the treatment and how you feel afterward. I’m so glad I found Wei and plan to continue seeing her for ongoing maintenance. It’s been a huge help for my ongoing health symptoms!

I absolutely love this place. I have the same belief as Eastern thought puts forth; community over everything!! I prefer doing healing work in community, even if we don’t talk, the energy does the talking. I find that coming here at least monthly and ideally every other week is a staple for my healing.

I've been seeing her for almost a decade and she has seen me through a lot of hardships, including a 7-year battle with stage 4 incurable cancer (I'm nearly 3 years cancer free), and losses. I love going here. I have been going to A natural choice for awhile. I originally started going for pain management for my Rheumatoid arthritis. That is controlled so I came back for fertility help. I have been doing the fertility treatments for a couple of months. We conceived after just 2months of doing acupuncture. I am over the moon happy. We have also been able to help with the morning sickness through acupuncture as well.
