I really needed my rug cleaned and with so many companies around that are unreliable; Doc’s was so friendly and fast on their response. They were able to pick up the rug the next day and within two weeks I had my rug back and it truly looked so much better than when we bought it. I wish I can give out more stars! 10/10

Update: Doc's of Denver reached out and sent their GM to retreat the couches. He acknowledged that I was not crazy and he was able to get a decent amount off the second time around. The couches look SO much better after the additional treatment. Definitely a tough start, but I appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction so I will be open to giving them another try for additional services in the future! All around very nice people.Original: I never write reviews, and I want to start off by saying the booking process was easy, and the man who came to clean was prompt, professional, and polite. Dan and Paul did an amazing job on my repair (carpet stretching) and carpet cleaning. I highly recommend Doc's for their timeliness, professionalism, and skills in carpet repair and cleaning. They were so nice, worked quickly, made sure i understood what they were doing and priced fairly. Well done, Dan, Paul and Doc's!
