This is THE studio for me! Every detail is purposeful; from the retail, to the space, to the people, just like the all the classes. If you want to enjoy your movement practice, I highly recommend ibody. I drive an hour just to dance here!
I love dancing at iBody in Denver. I’ve been coming here since it opened a few years ago. I love the people here. If you’re new in town, and want a great workout with great people...this is the place.The spotless studio is huge and gorgeous. Conveniently located in central Denver. I live downtown and it’s so close to me. I love that it is easy to access off I-25 in both directions.The owner Dana is a black belt in NIA. If you’ve never done NIA before, you owe it to yourself to try it.It’s addicting.The friends I’ve met there are wonderful. It’s a very friendly and welcoming community.Did I mention, it’s a great workout??
This is an absolutely beautiful space with inspirational classes that are beneficial to the mind and body alike. It is so clean that you could practically eat off the floor. The studio itself is visually stunning in a way that no other studio I've been to quite matches - and I have been to a lot of fitness studios. I was hesitant about trying Nia at first, but found that it is a dance-based workout for the mind and body that caters to all ages and levels. Everyone, including the owner and my fellow clients, was very welcoming as well.
